Thumpulling temporary?
Must you Mew to maintain thumbpulling progress, I an looking to get into thumbpulling but I find it hard to Mew since my palate is not big enough to fit my whole tongue and it gives me tension in the muscles near the hyoid and around the tmj's, is thumbpulling a process where new bone is created between the sutures and the palate truly expands, or is it only a temporary widening?

@Alex Alexxx Yes I have heard about those cases as well, why does this happen since thumbpulling is supposed to be skeletal. Why does the tongue need to support the expansion, currently i am not constantly mewing and my palate isn't getting smaller with time.

@Santiago Figarola yes thank you for the response, how does the reviv mouthguard maintain thumbpulling progress what is the science behind it, also I have heard some claims saying that for you to not relapse back after making progress with reviv, you must wear it for years, what do you think?

What are your goals for next year?
Well guys, 2025 is close to an end. I'm glad to have started my journey this year, I've made a lot of progress. And we'll improve even more in 2026. I'm working hard on building more and better resources for you guys :) So, I'd like to know: What are your biomechanics' goals for next year? (health / function / aesthetics)

fixing my overjet and overbite. Moving my recessed maxilla forward. Can thumbpulling fix overjet? And bring my maxilla forward?
