Happy Friyay yall!! Today... a practice in mindfulness. I ended up getting stuck in traffic and took an alternate route. I was able to have an hour to de-stress from work and just drive and listen to music. Do yall have any go to songs or stations you go back to that hit you in the happy feels, no matter what??
