A gentle reminder for anyone who needs it today 🤍 When life feels heavy and everything seems a little harder than usual, don’t forget to be kind to yourself. You are allowed to rest, to feel, to not have all the answers. Growth isn’t always loud or visible: sometimes it’s simply getting through the day. Speak to yourself with the same compassion you give others. You deserve patience, understanding, and grace, especially during the tough moments. Podcast that I can't turn off
It all started with this one podcast after talking to my sister about hormones and health postpartum. And now I've just continued listening. It's playing when I go on my walks. Or when I'm doing things around the house when little one is sleeping. On my way to work and from work most the time. I highly recommend this episode or just give her a listen. I just can't stop and it's been helping me in ways I didn't know I needed.

Creating new habits
I wanted to make a video but I just ended up ranting on. Anyways, I want to talk about creating habits that you can keep and succeed. Creating 1 new habits at a time. If you have 3 new habits you want, start 1 and do it for a whole week. The second week add in the next habit. If you are able to juggle both those. If it needs work keep doing those same habits again the following week. My new habits I'm doing is adding creatine into my supplements. It's suppose to be overall good for women health and brain function. And if I'm being honest 13 months postpartum my brain is worse than the beginning of postpartum. So I'm trying to find things that can help me. Sometimes when we create new habits we have to let go of something that isn't doing us any good either. But consistently is better than trying to juggle all the things and then not getting to the goal you want. Slow still wins the race. Making new habits isn't easy. So make it simple to add in the new habits you want where they will stick. What is a new habit or 2 you would like to do?

@Lara Pettit yay! Core breathing will be a great help! I never did any of that! And stressed about labor. Lol. So good for you! I've done 4 days so far of creatine. I feel my rants go totally off topic. I can't keep any thoughts straight. Lol
