Help with progression to 90 degree hold
I can do a freestanding handstand, L-sit to handstand press, and handstand push-ups, and my balance is fairly consistent. I’m working toward a 90-degree hold, but I think I’m not there yet strength-wise. I’m not totally sure what I should be focusing on training or how to structure my practice. If anyone has a workout, progression advice.

Any tips that might help me?
How tp actually improve balance and kick ups to a handstand? I can hold it for like 13 seconds max

Id say to record yourself and see you mistakes that make you fall than focus on that in you hold also make sure you don't js kick up it should all be planed and think abt you body position and stuff while you holding it and you might js need to train you endurance not necessarily you balance

Something that helped my with ballence was this drill where you go for normal hs to straddle hs to bent knee he back to normal hs that rly helped my find my balance point rly well
