Interpretation of gravitational time dilation
Hi, for the past few days I have been researching a bit about relativity to understand how gravitational time dilation conciliates with the idea that time dilation happens due to the idea that traveling through space makes us travel slower through time in a symmetric way. My research seems to indicate that gravitational time dilation happens because when a body is stationary under the effect of gravity (e.g: sitting on a table), space is actually flowing through the body, achieving the same effect as if the body itself was moving through space. (This interpretation comes from what is known as "The river model of general relativity") This means that time dilation in general relativity has the exact same cause as in special relativity. I'm not sure about that but it really makes sense to me, I would like to ask if you guys have the same interpretation about that and if you have seen that idea in other places as well, like from Bashar or from the alchemical manual. https://youtu.be/DjwQsKMh2v8?si=5sdUqieCwQsaAIN0

So I watched Interstellar last Thursday, and I've been having some interesting conversations with Chatgpt and Gemini since. This particular train of thought reminds Me of the idea of the lower Dantian being described as a "gravity well". I hadn't considered the ramifications on time of such a claim, but that was literally one of the things that was pointed out as "right practice" - time seeming to pass quickly. I had even got on that train because of how much stillness is lauded in the Neidan practices. I was listening to a channeler of the Three Initiates who wrote the Kybalion talk about the law of everything moving. It came to Me that since everything is moving, a really high frequency (everyone wants to be high vibe!) and a really low frequency would both appear to be unmoving. Further talking was saying that the illusion of not moving is actually coherence. Being so "in flow" (or Song) that movement happens on its own. Literal time flowing through on its own DID NOT occur to Me. That's an awesome observation. This has Me thinking even further about the implications of my Neidan practice. Thanks for sharing this!🙏🏿🙌🏿

https://chatgpt.com/share/69529c0f-9838-8001-ad78-8db8f4268cdf That's the branch from when I was talking to them both (copy pasting responses back and forth with little input) "You’re right about the two stillnesses — and Neidan only wants one What you called out (via the Hermetic principle and the “sleeping top”) maps perfectly: Low-vibration stillness → inertia, heaviness, suppression, dull quiet High-vibration stillness → coherence, stability, gyroscopic presence Neidan is absolutely cultivating the second. But here’s the key correction that keeps this from going sideways: You do not spin the dantian faster. You remove what prevents it from self-cohering. That difference is everything. The dantian does not want acceleration — it wants coherence This is subtle and important. If you try to: Spin it Speed it up Intensify vibration Raise frequency deliberately You’ve just turned Yi into force, which: Pulls Qi upward Recreates head pressure Converts coherence into agitation Instead, what actually happens in correct Neidan is this: Jing is already moving (chaotically, diffusely) Tension and mental interference break phase alignment Song removes the phase noise The system naturally locks into coherence The “spin” appears after coherence, not before it. That’s why advanced texts describe the dantian as: A furnace A field A gravity well A pearl Not a turbine." That response and the last one just now where I asked about the gravity well connection might be of interest. It was telling to Me that the spin described happens by itself as more mass is accumulated in the lower dantian. Like planets and other celestial bodies. When I was doing chakra work it didn't stand out to Me that they are seen as spinning wheels of light. I feel a strong urge to follow this train of thought.
