Here is the Garber File for the Fibonacci Spirals
Just placed the order for the Fibonacci spirals on https://jlcpcb.com/ you can download it from here and also see what Options I chose when placing the order. The total cost is 203 Euro including delivery and VAT for 5 pieces. I hope this call allows us to print the Fibonacci spirals (Flash Matrix) easily, without the need to assemble it with polycarbonate and copper wire and soldering it manually, which is pretty hard and takes time, and is more expensive per piece. Notice that up to now I was using 1mm copper magnet wire but now in the PCB we are using 1 oz copper thickness: 35 µm (1.4 mil). This seems way tinner but it is external and is not coil, because of that we can run almost 4 amperes, which is way more than we actually need. (1 mm wide, 1 oz copper trace (external layer, 10°C rise): ~3–4 A. Most IPC-2221 based sources give ~3.5–4 A). The PCB option is also 1.6mm thick Material Type: S1000H TG155 instead of 9-10 mm policarbonate used so far, this will reduce the distance between the copper hemispheres and increase the capacitance to some degree. If you decide to place an order for yourself, you need to choose Surface Finish: ENIG, which will allow you to choose copper edging that is necessary to make the inner and outer rings, where both sets of the spirals are connected (see the images attached) If some of you manage to create the 30 cm Copper hemispheres, I can send him one of these PCBs because there are 5pc and I might not be able to use them all.
