Everyone go give this one a go🫡 WALL BALLS | ERGS | BURPEE JUMPS PYRAMID 25-20-15-10-5-10-15-20-25 ROW - CALS WALL BALLS - REPS SKI - CALS BURPEE JUMPS - REPS For example on your first one you’ll do 25 cal row 25 wall balls 25 cal ski and 25 burpee jumps then you’ll go straight into 20 cal row 20 wall balls 20 cal ski and 20 burpee jumps………. You go down all the way down to 5 and then you start heading back up until you make it back to 25 like a pyramid effect !!!!!!! I cooled down doing 10k on the bike PRO WEIGHT ON WALL BALLS !!!!
