VAPIFY
Is anyone here using Vapify for their white label VAPI solution? :) What are your thoughts on it?

i didn't test Vapify yet and honestly first time hearing about them but i think they are focusing only in vapi agents and helping ai voice agents agency owners, i know another solution that is called voiceglow and they do a great job in combining chatbot agents and voice agents across pretty much all channels you think of , you should really check it out it's impressive
VoiceGlow
So in voiceglow the agent i build is a conversational agent , and when attaching a voice channel i must build the voice agent on vapi . is there any possibilities so i can build the conversational and voice agent all with the same prompt, KB, Tools ? so it's the same agent in both voice and conversational channels , or should i just build each alone and then connecting them together ?
Charging for software / API usage
Hey everyone, I have a question. If you are selling a one-off package, how do you position the payment for software and APIs? Do you charge a maintenance fee that covers that? Or do you set up the platforms for them, with their payment methods, and they pay directly? This is relevant, for example, with Manychat. As the account is connected to their IG account (for example), it'd make sense that they own the Manychat account too and they pay for their plan as well as manage the leads from there. Thanks

For me i plan to sell the voice agents as a setup fee as low as possible and they take the charges of call fees after that . Then upsell the automations them selfs as they are the functionalities “upgrades” of the agents . A subscription fee for maintaining the system are also should be included if you plan to have a long relationship with the customer.

i think if the discord server still operate along with the skool community at the same time is better as discord offer more natural interactions inside the community

i think and pretty much sure that your calling from a high risk country phone number , so basically the twillio or any phone number provider will let you call only USA CANADA Australia , the others your should upgrade your plan to activate them and be able to call and receive calls from them
