I really felt great after the stretches, so I will do the stretches in the evening, every day. Also I am on day 2 of a 30 day 10 minute morning yoga challenge. Going to see my massage therapist tomorrow. Trying to stick to my routine, using mouth and nose tape. Also ordered a diaphragm trainer but another type, we'll see, maybe I'll also end up buying the recommended one 😅

@Mike Maher yes thanks Mike, I did my stretches yesterday, also the massage was awesome. Will do the stretches today also 😊

Very educational, very doable clear practice, great facilitation/mentoring and warm holding of the space - I appreciate you! Lovely to meet the group too 😍

Hey, can’t wait to start this program 😊 I have problems with sleeping and sometimes struggle with anxiety. I am already familiar with the Wim Hof method, I use mouth tape for sleeping and also trying to keep Andrew Huberman’s morning tips - but still feeling a bit lost on how to come out from this rust.. That’s what I hope this program would help with.
