🌿 Health Alarm, A Reminder We All Need🍀🍃
Today I had a painful experience… The kind that forces you to spend the whole day in bed and suddenly makes everything feel different. Honestly? It shook me. It reminded me of something we usually forget when life gets busy: Your health is the fundamental foundation of everything. You can have the best goals, the biggest dreams, the strongest mindset… But if your body says “stop,” everything stops. And here’s the part that really hit me today: No matter how rich you are… no matter how smart you are… no matter how successful you become… No one can enter your body and fix it for you. No one can: - Drink your water - heal your stress - fix your hormones - restore your energy - nourish your skin, hair, or glow - Or undo the damage of ignoring yourself Only you can do that. And I think we all need this reminder, especially now, in December, when we push so hard to finish strong, set goals, hustle, build, create… Sometimes we forget the most straightforward truth: ✨ Your body is your first responsibility. ✨ Your health is your first asset. ✨ Your energy is your first currency. Today, even while eating something simple and colourful, I caught myself thinking: “Girl… don’t get fooled by the hustle. Your body needs you too.” So I’m passing that reminder to you with love: Take care of your glow. Protect your energy. Choose meals that love you back. Stretch. Breathe. Sleep. Give your body the attention it’s begging for. We always talk about mindset, career, communication, confidence… But none of it matters if you’re too weak or too tired to enjoy your life. So tell me, what’s one tiny thing you’ll do for your body today? A walk? A real meal? Water? Rest? I’m cheering for you. 🤍✨

Taking care of your physical and mental health is one of the most important daily tasks. Thank you, @Sheida Qmarc , for inspiring the community by sharing this moment.🙏😊🌸
Day 21 — AI & Cognitive Bias:
When Technology Reveals the Blind Spots in Our Thinking** Today I explored something far deeper than behavior or attention: the invisible biases that shape our decisions without us noticing. AI systems in cognitive bias mapping can detect patterns like: ✨ when we overestimate risks ✨ when we choose the familiar instead of the better option ✨ when fear, stress, or past experiences quietly guide our choices ✨ when our assumptions limit our opportunities What amazed me is this: We often think we make “logical” decisions. But a huge part of our choices comes from mental shortcuts — unconscious patterns that feel natural but aren’t always helpful. So here’s the big question: If AI can highlight our blind spots, can it help us make decisions that are more aligned with who we want to be, not just who we’ve been? This isn’t about machines becoming smarter than us. It’s about gaining insight into the parts of ourselves that usually stay hidden. Not to replace our judgment — but to make it clearer, calmer, and more intentional.

🐦‍🔥We All Need a Coach
We all need a coach, in different parts of our lives. A business coach to help us grow. A communication coach to help us speak with clarity and confidence. A fitness trainer to strengthen our body. A therapist to support our mental health. A mentor to guide our career. In every area where we want to rise, we need someone who can see what we cannot see. And that’s the point: we cannot coach ourselves in every field. Even if we’ve studied, even if we know the theory, even if we think we “should” figure it out alone, we are still living inside our own minds. A coach gives us an outside lens. A higher perspective. A clearer path. A courage we didn’t know we had. Today, after my meeting with Coach @Alex B , I understood this more deeply than ever. The insights I received were far beyond what I expected. He showed me things about myself that I simply could not see alone. He challenged my limits, expanded my perspective, and reminded me of the strength I already carry. And honestly, it made me reflect on my own journey. I’ve been creating work videos consistently, and that helped me break through in ways I didn’t even realize. But the moment you sit down with a coach like @Alex B everything accelerates. What could take a year of trial and error, or months of working alone, can shift in one powerful conversation. That’s exactly what I experienced today. The clarity I gained, the direction I felt, it all happened so much faster than I imagined. I reached one of my dreams today, and it felt bigger and more meaningful than I expected. It reminded me how fortunate we are to live in a time where support is available, where guidance is just one call away, and where we can make our lives brighter and our path easier with the right person beside us. I’m deeply grateful for this experience, and I genuinely encourage you all to do the same. If you ever get the chance to meet with Coach @Alex B take it.

@Sheida Qmarc Beautifully said! I completely agree @Alex B guidance goes far beyond lectures. As someone who has learned from him directly, I can say his mentorship has played a huge role in my own career growth. It helped me build real confidence as an immigrant and showed me how to navigate the job market with clarity and strength. Grateful to be part of this journey and excited to support others the same way.😊💪🚀
The December Momentu
In every journey, there is a moment when things finally start to move not because life became easier, but because you became more consistent. That moment is called momentum. And here we are… stepping into the last month of a year that changed all of us in different ways. December is not “the end.” It’s the month where momentum becomes the difference between: • those who wait for January • and those who finish the year with a wave already in motion. This year taught me a powerful lesson: Momentum isn’t magic — it’s commitment multiplied by consistency. You show up once, nothing happens. You show up ten times, something shifts. You show up every day… and suddenly people say: “Wow, you’re growing so fast.” But nothing about it is fast. It’s earned. So this month, I’m choosing one simple goal: ➡️ Finish the year with momentum, not excuses. Because the way we end a year is the way we enter the next one. If you’re reading this, ask yourself: • What wave am I building before the year ends? • Where can I show up daily, even in small steps? • What proof of consistency can I create? • What’s the one thing I refuse to postpone to January? December is short. But momentum… momentum is sacred. And even a small wave, if protected, can change your entire 2026. Let’s make this month count. Let’s enter the new year already moving forward—not starting from zero. ✊ Who’s building their December momentum?

December Hustle Alert 🚨 — The Power of the Speed Wave
BTE Insider Post — The Power of the Speed Wave Team, Today I want to pause and show you something important. In just 70 days, we created: 20,000 followers on Instagram 3,000 members in our Facebook community 350+ active members were coached through BTE 200+ people coached actively 40+ hours of insider training 600+ reels 3,500+ stories Numbers don’t lie. Momentum doesn’t lie. Execution never lies. But this post is not about bragging. This is about teaching you the mechanics behind the momentum so you can build the same wave in your career, your personal brand, your LinkedIn presence, or your business. Let me explain how a Speed Wave works. 1. A Speed Wave Starts Before Anyone Notices You Every wave starts in silence. Nobody sees the hours, the drafts, the failed posts, the testing. But the algorithm does. Energy does. People do — eventually. For 70 days, we did what most people can’t do for 7 days. And when the wave finally broke, everyone said: “Wow, you grew fast.” But nothing about it was fast. It was consistent. That’s your first lesson. 2. The Wave Accelerates When Consistency Meets Strategy Posting every day is not enough. Talking to people every day is not enough. Sending résumés every day is not enough. You need strategic consistency: • On LinkedIn, that means connecting with the right people • In branding, that means repeating one message until people remember • In business, that means solving one problem until people trust Most people switch lanes before the momentum compounds. We didn’t. That’s why the wave grew. 3. Visibility Creates Trust, Trust Creates Opportunity Let me be very direct: If people don’t see you, they won’t trust you. If they don’t trust you, they won’t hire you. If they don’t hear from you daily, someone else will take the spot. Our reels and stories weren’t “content.” They were proof of consistency. Every post said: “We’re here. We’re serious. We’re serving. We’re not slowing down.” You need the same rhythm in your career or business.

This is a powerful breakdown of what momentum truly means. The numbers are impressive, but the real lesson is in the discipline behind them. Momentum isn’t magic — it’s the combination of commitment and consistency. Thank you, @Alex B , for not just saying it but showing how clarity, consistency, and strategic execution create results that can’t be ignored. I’m fully committed to building my own wave this month. ✊🔥
