🌿 Health Alarm, A Reminder We All Need🍀🍃
Today I had a painful experience… The kind that forces you to spend the whole day in bed and suddenly makes everything feel different. Honestly? It shook me. It reminded me of something we usually forget when life gets busy: Your health is the fundamental foundation of everything. You can have the best goals, the biggest dreams, the strongest mindset… But if your body says “stop,” everything stops. And here’s the part that really hit me today: No matter how rich you are… no matter how smart you are… no matter how successful you become… No one can enter your body and fix it for you. No one can: - Drink your water - heal your stress - fix your hormones - restore your energy - nourish your skin, hair, or glow - Or undo the damage of ignoring yourself Only you can do that. And I think we all need this reminder, especially now, in December, when we push so hard to finish strong, set goals, hustle, build, create… Sometimes we forget the most straightforward truth: ✨ Your body is your first responsibility. ✨ Your health is your first asset. ✨ Your energy is your first currency. Today, even while eating something simple and colourful, I caught myself thinking: “Girl… don’t get fooled by the hustle. Your body needs you too.” So I’m passing that reminder to you with love: Take care of your glow. Protect your energy. Choose meals that love you back. Stretch. Breathe. Sleep. Give your body the attention it’s begging for. We always talk about mindset, career, communication, confidence… But none of it matters if you’re too weak or too tired to enjoy your life. So tell me, what’s one tiny thing you’ll do for your body today? A walk? A real meal? Water? Rest? I’m cheering for you. 🤍✨

Training is a relationship
Training is a relationship And like any relationship, must be worked on through good or bad It won't always be easy or fuelled by motivation Little in life will bring your more good than your relationship with training

We’d love to get to know you. Instead of a boring introduction, share this with us: Write in comments: 👉 What’s one thing you’re doing (or wish you were doing) for your health right now, and what’s one big goal you’re chasing in life? We need you to put both positive and negative about yourself ! Don’t be a hero and don’t be a homeless! Be real! Be YOU! You can keep it simple or go deep — your story might inspire someone else’s breakthrough. 💡 here are some booster if you need ideas! 1. Casual & Friendly “Hey fam, glad you’re here! If we bumped into each other at the gym or a café, what’s the first thing you’d tell me about your health journey and the big dream you’re chasing right now?” 2. Motivational & Bold “Every breakthrough starts with a choice. What’s one habit you’re ready to improve for your health, and what’s the #1 goal you’re determined to achieve this year?” 3. Reflective & Personal “Think back to the last time you felt really proud of yourself. Was it because of your health, your mindset, or a goal you achieved? Share that story with us — and tell us the next mountain you want to climb.” Once you’re done with this task, go here: https://www.skool.com/breakthrough-3033/post-your-food-pictures-here-every-day?p=a482823a

One Month Update 💪🔥
Joining this community was honestly a turning point for me. For years I struggled with staying consistent, starting strong, stopping, starting again… you know the cycle. But something changed when I joined BTE. For the first time, my days actually have structure. My goals don’t feel like random ideas anymore, they feel real, and I’m acting on them. It’s been one full month now that I’ve been: ✅ Going to the gym consistently ✅ Following a clean diet ✅ Sticking to my routines ✅ Building real discipline And the crazy part is… I actually feel like I’m becoming a better version of myself, day by day. A huge thank you to @Alex B , not just for the knowledge, but for creating an environment where taking action feels normal. Your teachings pushed me to stop overthinking and start moving. I’m on the path now and every day, I’m a little better than yesterday. 🙏
