Besides lifting weights, I believe every man should learn how to fight. It’s one thing to defend yourself and your woman out in the streets. But then the lessons you learn worth more than most words spoken.

So I did it anyway. Because when you don't give yourself permission because you're worried about what other people think, you've lost the game. This isn't some woo-woo mindset stuff. This is actually physically how it works. When people don't think that you trust yourself, why should they trust you? If you don't stand on anything, you stand on nothing. So I guess when your opinion is going to be polarizing, you're saying, "I'm going to draw this line in the sand and as a man, this is my boundary." So I wasn't scared to post it because I knew that it was more beneficial for me to post it and get backlash from people who don't agree with me or don't love me anyway than sit there complacent, not shaking anything, not making any waves.
