Becoming Niche Famous (why a Niche is so powerful & not scary)
I had cool experience being "noticed" out of the blue by someone in the Skool Games group. They made a really nice comment about my YouTube channel and how they appreciated it. And that it was cool they bumped into me on Skool. Then Andrew Kirby (big YouTuber who's running the games) made a comment, "Stephen is Niche famous". It felt really cool, not because people were giving me compliments, but because going down the rabbit hole in content automation all by myself is scary. "Is this really a business?" I thought many times... - I can help you get clients with video (but so can others). - I can help you build a Skool community (but so can others). - I can help you grow a youTube channel (but so can others). But I can honestly say NO ONE can better help you streamline and automate your content process. I've questioned my niche quite a few times. But these little reminders, and sales calls where people say "I've never seen anything like it" are stark reminders how niche can be so powerful. The stripe alerts are good reminders as well. Checkout this article it's a good read. https://perell.com/note/the-perks-of-niche-fame/

You’re onto something very powerful mate. Perhaps your background in software makes it feel normal somehow? Really appreciate your valuable content. Keep it up!
