This community will hit 2000 members soon, but not for long... 2 things are going to happen after we hit 2k: 1) I will start kicking inactive members. Why? There's a few reasons... - I'm pretty happy with where the group is at in terms of the content in the classroom, and the general vibe with people supporting each other in the comments. So I will be focusing much more on CMX going forward, and letting this community run more on it's own. (I'll still be active here, just less) - I've put a lot of effort into incentivising people to contribute (with things like the monthly leaderboard contests). But the truth is, you shouldn't need any extra incentive to do this. Interacting with the community is rewarding enough on its own (or at least it should be). Plus you unlock new courses as you level up, which is a bonus. - Currently only 34% of people in the group are coming online. So there are over 1000 people that have joined but aren't using the community at all. They'll be the first to go. (Honestly I just wanted to hit 2k members because it sounds cool, but it's just a big number that doesn't really mean anything when most are inactive.) - I want to keep this group as high quality as possible. Quality > quantity. This keeps the community more engaged and makes it a better place for everyone. I would much rather be part of a smaller but close group instead of a massive but disconnected one. So once we hit 2000 members, I will have the fun task of going through the full members list and banishing a bunch of people. I'll be looking at your activity and if you have not been active at all for over a month, there's a very high chance you'll get removed. If you've commented or made a post at least once in the last month, you're safe. That's the bare minimum - if you can't do something that takes only a few seconds, then this probably isn't the community for you. The bar is low. We're currently at 1935 members, so if you haven't done this yet there's still some time.

I would love to play every single available person on this community to play 1 match. In short I wanna play with everyone each. This is because I wanna improve my confidence to play with. I know that I can beat my opponent but can't do it due to the pressure and just wanna get rid of it by playing several player of different ratings here. What is the best way to break a losing streak? Especially when you’re going down the rating ladder consecutively, primarily making blunders and missing tactics in the middle game? I was 1294 30 days ago whenI started playing again after a long break of around 5 6 months and now in 30 days I am fidgeting around 1100 1150 lol
