Tai Chi Chess :-)
Idea is, before every move, to check my shoulders and to see are they relaxed or not :-) Thru Tai Chi I realized how often during the day my body (shoulders) are tens. So, idea is clear - to relax my self, to play more relaxed/focused chess :-)
