Ive served them thee SARs with Equity and letter before claim - no response. How do I now take them to Chancery court - Im in N Ireland and what are the fees thanks

If anyone is interested here is a redacted letter to cabot before i take them to court, Also giving them the chance to delete and repair my credit file if they see fit to go with that option! At this point I have sent all my SARS, Cease & Desist, Letter Before Claim & NIP and they still keep coming back. Pondering best approach to go to court or try and use the courtless defense process, considering the court corruption these days.
