Mannnnn I had the busiest week… but a rewarding one. I rescued my first dog ever and now I am a dog dad. First community call on here went GREAT (besides losing the recording). Dropped the first song of my deal with lost in dreams/insomniac called ONLY U. And somehow managed to workout everyday… a long and stressful week but damn rewarding as I sit here catching up on everyone’s messages and posts. Thanks for being active yall! Big LOVE

Wassup yall, I’m Luke a Dj and producer from College Station, Texas been producing and DJing for probably abt 9 years now but only started to take it seriously about 4 years ago, I really make whatever i’m feeling for the day usually progressive/piano house or future bass. Also produce pop music for other artists and am in the early stages of an indie rock band so i love all sorts of music.Been feeling real burned out on EDM and have felt like everything i make is ass lately so super excited for this community!

Definitely have experienced the burnout feeling plenty of times as well. Keep pushing brother and remember to take breaks and that making music should be fun and it should never feel like a chore! In my experience, even just messing around with funny/stupid samples or even sampling trending memes/sounds has gone a long way in keeping my brain in creative mode. The same goes for producing different genres
