Make friends with the professionals. They'll have all the access you need for invites to your events, and if you bring them, they can spread to word to the customers

While at a concert I started a casual convo with some girl, she looked lost and couldn't find her friends. Told her I was there alone and we should go get a spot in the crowd. We started dancing and she was getting more physical than my PDA was confortable with. I pulled away but still kept contact and interacting, and eventually left together.. I think the difference was the laidback attitude without expectations or pressure of overtly hitting on her, she felt safer. And the clear setting of boundaries, and telling her no when she did something I didn't like. Showing I wasn't a Dahmer, and could be a friend

Still working on step 1, and trying not to jump to step 2/3 beforehand.. For me I think location has been an issue for getting quality posts. There are nice houses around, but not many commercial buildings, or glamorous sites. I can also see the team building being challenging, with the distrust some women have now-days
