My new campaigns are not spending ...
I created two new campaigns for a new collection on my website with brand new products. I created one PMAX campaign and one search campaign. Search is 15€/day - max conversion value as an objective (no ROAS limit) PMAX is 15€/day - max conversion value as an objective (no ROAS limit) I've also tried with maximise converion as an campaign goal but it did not work either. Anyone have had the same issue before?

If your account is also new, then you should not run PMax with conversion value rather you should run it with maximize conversions or clicks. It will simply not work until it waste a lot of your budget. if your account is old and there is a good data on it, then you can go for conversion value strategy...

Client wants to apply some wild daily budget changes for BFCM period - would love your opinion.
I am working with an ecommerce client who has provided the following daily budget request for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period. They want us to update the budget daily to ensure we're spending these amounts. Have any of you ever taken this approach? I have not and I am concerned that increasing and decreasing the budget every single day per their guidance will lead to performance issues. I'd appreciate your POV and how you'd respond to this suggestion. Can we make it work, or should I suggest we have a monthly budget up a week before Black Friday and rely on seasonality adjustment or lower Target ROAS during the sales periods? I also realize I can create a new campaign during BFCM promo period to up the budget during that period, but the client is very keen on spending these amounts per day, so I'd have to manually update the budget daily, which like I said, feels off to me. Thank you for your help!

Hi Michele, I think it would be a bad approach to change on the daily basis... Whenever you change the budget it takes at least 2 days to get to the same ROAS.. So, I would suggest a weekly change

Switching of Bid Strategy
I was running a PMax campaign and it did well over the time but now, it is not performing and I am facing high diminishing returns. So, I have heard from an expert if I just remove the conversion goal and change my Maximize Conversion Value stategy to manual cpc I can get some extra ordinary results. What is your thoughts on this...
