For Overcoming Procrastination This Dua is the go-to for when you're feeling sluggish or stuck in a cycle of "I'll do it later."
The Arabic: اللَّهُم إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمَّ وَالْحَزْنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ The Transliteration: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal. The Translation: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, and from inability and laziness." Short Explanation: It targets the mental barriers to productivity-specifically anxiety (worrying about the future) and laziness (the lack of drive to start).
Seeking forgiveness (Istighfar) increases provision because:
1. Divine Promise: In the Quran (Surah Nun), Allah explicitly promises that those who seek forgiveness will receive an ingreasewealth and children. 2. Removal of Blocks: Sins can act as spiritual barriers; Istighfar cleanses these obstacles, allowing blessings (Barakah) to reach you more easily. 3. Relief from Anxiety: The Prophet () taught that constant repentance brings relief from every worry and provides sustenance from unexpected sources. 4. Attracting Mercy: Repentance invites Allah's mercy, which manifests as "rain" or abundant resources needed for growth and success.

Things that changed the game for me!
1. Setting a specific time to work instead of working on random hours, it helped me manage my time and my projects 2. Setting an intention and realistic goals for the day and then wholeheartedly trying to complete them (this boosts your confidence and self esteem as well) 3. If you're not able to complete a specific task, work or any goal and you really worked hard and tried to complete it, don't talk negative with yourself, even if it's incomplete, be proud of yourself and have faith try again tomorrow.

what does it mean to be in gratitude in islam?
In Islam, being in gratitude (Shukr) is the heart of faith. It means recognizing that every blessing—and even every trial—comes from Allah. 1. It is expressed in three simple ways: The Heart: Truly believing that everything you have is a gift from God. 2. The Tongue: Consistently saying "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to God) and thanking people who help you. The Actions: Using your time, health, and wealth to do good and help others. 3. The Quranic promise is simple: "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you" (14:7). It’s not just a "thank you"; it’s a lifestyle of contentment that brings more peace and abundance into your life.
Things that changed the game for me.
1. Writing down my goals and then dividing them into yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals and then daily goals. 2. Doing meditation before working (praying & dhikr etc) 3. Giving away charity for the love of the game. it made me realized how blessed I truly am to be used by God in the cause of good. Nothing beats the feeling that you experience when you are used by God to help someone or to just make their day. The best thing about earning money is giving money. 4. Gatekeeping my goals and the things that I wanted to start before actually starting them. doing this was a game changer for me in a way that I was keeping my energy to myself to do the thing that I wanted to do instead of spending my time n energy telling others, and getting that weird feeling of satisfaction or praise that didn't really added value to anything.
