Hi, I have an Ai agent build with retell Ai that books appointment and I have that function through the quick add functions that retell offers but I can't find a single source or video that has a step-by-step tutorial on how to build an automation for canceling and rescheduling appointments, all videos either skip a certain step or just dont explain what there doing which is were i get lost. If anyone can recommend me a video, source or information I would gladly appreciate it, preferably with Makeit.com
