I love all the brilliant stuff we’re learning in Ronin. But I was wondering: what if you absolutely had to come up with a few grand within 48 hours. What’s your fastest way to cash, @Travis Sago. Some motivation and encouragement for those who've been trying but haven't struck gold yet... ...keep digging. Closed a 22k niche Facebook group yesterday with $0 OOP. Terms: Agreed to get immediate admin rights + endorsement to the group and introduction to the moderators. In return: I help monetize the group and the previous "owner" gets 50% of all income until he has been paid 4k EUR, after which, I become the sole admin of the group. In addition to that, he can keep accepting (or going after) sponsorship deals for the group and will continue to get 50% of the revenue generated through those. Offered him the same deal 3 months ago. He said no. He wanted cash upfront and had another buyer who was willing to offer it. Reached out to him yesterday. Asked him if he had sold the group by now. He said no. What about your other buyer? He changed his plans and wasn't interested anymore. Why don't you go out and close some sponsorships? I have no time. Gotcha... would you be open to (same exact deal I rejected 3 months ago). Yeah, sure I'm in. Agreement signed within 15 minutes. Admin rights given the next morning. All through FB DMs.
