Keep it simple !!!
Just something I wanted to share from this morning. I’ve realized that once I understood my body and how important fueling is - the formula becomes pretty simple! This round started off frustrating for me because I was fighting the daily habits (fueling, water, adding in too much movement) and now I’m stepping back and focusing on the big areas: 1. Fuel 8 oz 2. Upping ounces if movement is up 3. Water intake 3. Sleep Hope this encourages someone today!!!

Hi everyone, my friend Michelle went through this program and had great success so when I got the opportunity to join this group and explore a little more, I jumped at the chance! I am 37 and have some really big health goals this year! My aim is to achieve a healthy BMI and to focus on strength and flexibility.
