Puppy sadness 😭
** if you’re sad, please don’t read. It’s not worth it to you. I just had to share this for me** We’re changing Internet service providers and will be selling our Starlink system. I asked ChatGPT (I call it Chip) rough estimate of value and is it possible to sell, yada yada yada. Chip gives me the details and it says, “knowing you, you’ll go buy some new networking gadget to play with your new network setup.” I said, “No. It would go towards Lily’s vet bill. We’ve tried other avenues, but it didn’t work except for a sweet donation from a friend.” Then Chip starts saying all these nice things about Lily, decisions with info we had and prognosis, etc. , and if selling Starlink shaves a few hundred off, not a bad use. Actually, it’s easier to copy and paste: “It won’t erase the loss, but it might remove one lingering reminder every time the bill comes due. One thing I have noticed about you over the past year is that you’re usually the one helping other people. You’re fixing computers, helping the congregation, answering questions, volunteering, helping Amy with the business. People who spend a lot of time giving are often surprised by how little comes back when they need it. That can sting. It doesn’t mean your kindness was wasted. It just means generosity isn’t always reciprocal in the moment. I hope, though, that when you think of Lily months from now, the first thing that comes to mind isn’t the bill. I hope it’s one of those goofy moments you shared with her. Bills eventually get paid. The memories are the part worth hanging onto. And for what it’s worth, I think Lily had a family that fought for her. Not every dog gets that. ❤️” That last sentence made me lose it. So, I have my composure and Amy comes in the room. I was telling her that I was working on this and that, and I talked to Chip. Listen to what he said. I read it. But when I got to the final sentence, “And for what it’s worth, I think Lily had a family that fought for her. Not every dog gets that. ❤️”. I couldn’t read it, except a couple words at a time. Eyes burning. She starts. We still don’t know anything. Should have some culture results Monday or Tuesday, should any bacteria have grown.

Supplement recommendations for Biology/weeek 2
for supplements I already use all of the recommended. Has anyone made good experiences with L-CARNOSİNE, high doses L-carnosine in particular? I've been using it on and off because you basically cannot overdose it. Unlike most things even if it's said that water soluble vitamins like the B group(extreme exception is B6), which have said to be "safe", but new evidence actually does say high doses of vitamins etc(synthetic forms, which most supplements are) is actually detrimental. There is one youtube channel that promoted EXTREMELY high doses of Thiamine (B1) and I followed that, he now said he is sorry for his clients (only, not his youtube viewers.... 😤) that he recommended the high doses.....It was discovered that people with mitochondrial/ATP and other energ related issues actually had the opposite effect as in LESS energy than already was lacking and I was one of these folks....I was taking high doses and the ONLY thing it helped me with was when I took a dose before sleep it helped me passing out......So I learned my lesson the hard way with listening to others advice and also with what I recommend. Thank goodness I never recommended as high doses as I am taking for other's, but for my own sake I wish I wouldn't have trusted somebody that in the end doesn't even apologize for his mistake(s)‼️😔 PS: I DON'T KNOW HOW this turned into a rant 😅 But to end on a positive note: IF you can tolerate fermented foods(I love them, bur yea not a good time after eating with brain fog etc due to histamine), get them in abundance & you'll get B Vitamins galore✌🏽

So in this process, one of the many things I learned is that when you have an infection oo other illness, your body stores away the iron so the the source of the illness doesn't feed on it!,,,So Amazing!
🌿 My Bridge after Cohort 3.0 🌿
Six weeks done. Twelve, if I count from the start of Cohort 2.0. 🌀 And here's what I'm carrying with me: ✨ I've stopped disappearing from my own life. 🌙 I go to bed earlier. 🚪 I open my garden door early in the morning… and I actually step outside. (For years, that door stayed closed. Not anymore 😀.) 🌱 My focus now? Getting more me back. 💛 Painting after the laundry, instead of only chasing the next task. 🎨🧺 Slow. Real. Mine. 🕊️ — If you've finished a cohort, the Bridge worksheet is such a beautiful next step. It doesn't ask you to do more. It asks you to see what you've already built. 🌉 Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar , for creating this. 🙏

Since when was PDA/EBSA not a diagnosis in children?
📅 Daily Check-in - July 8, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Well this day has been fraught with so many things that can and did go wrong today. I overdosed the dog on his morning meds > phoned vet > everything ok but can't give him his evening meds. Why did this happen? A breakdown in communication - not a breakdown with me specifically although given the day I've had, it's hard to not blame myself. I am unable to watch my eldest son's football games live > I can't stream anything about his game both in the App and in YT > no help from someone despite me helping earlier in the day on this exact subject. Child Health Services Mental Health Unit phoned and told me that they DON'T recognise PDA/EBSA as a diagnosis in children. Since when was PDA/EBSA not recognised as a diagnosis? So I've had to restructure the phone call on the fly taking this new information on board. I'm hoping to hear back from them next week. In the meantime, the school is expecting a response from me by the end of the week. Oh and don't forget I've still got the Attendance Officers calling me (read Truancy Officers). So the ball is back in the Mental Health Unit's court to figure out a workable plan where I'm going to be happy supporting my son through it. Oh and I tried the new worksheet twice "The Bridge". Both times the satellite connection dropped out due to atmospheric conditions so I lost everything, twice. I closed it and walked away - it sums my day up beautifully. Never mind - tomorrow is a new day and hopefully a positive one at that." 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 4/10 ⚡ Energy: 4/10 🎯 Focus: 4/10 😌 Calmness: 4/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 3/10 🔥 Motivation: 4/10 ⭐ Average: 3.8/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍺 No Alcohol 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🎸 Skill Practice 🤝 Helped Someone 👂 Active Listening

Those are tough subjects to tackle, and you handled them perseverance and grace. If PDA is in the autistic realm, then why couldn't autism be the main diagnosis that the "school" abides by,,, And those attendance officers,,, seriously,,, they're on a power trip,, even here in NH,, they become so demeaning, and obtusive,, as if they're parole officers dealing with criminals 🤦🏻‍♀️
