Magnesium suggestion
@Sara Ellisson I found these which I am going to try after I've finished taking the ones I'm currently taking as they sound good. Maybe they could be helpful for you if they are available where you are and you would like to try them?

Has anyone seen Jim's list of supplements that he mentioned in today's q/a ?
Messy house
Are here other people with messy houses with lots of stuff and too overwhelmed to start or, if be able to start, ending up worse at night? Any tips how to deal with it?

@Heather Jensen I do thesame
Systems consistency…
How do you stop good systems from evaporating overnight? I’m realising one of my biggest ADHD struggles isn’t finding systems, it’s remembering they exist the next day. I’ll set something up that actually works (planner, habit tracker, morning plan, filing system). Day 1 is great. Then I wake up on Day 2 and… šŸ’Ø poof… it’s not even in my awareness. It doesn’t occur to me to use it. Weeks later I bump into it again and think, ā€œoh yeah, that was a great ideaā€ …I’ll pick it up again and then next day… poofšŸ’Ø! Recently I’ve started using a tiny stack of cards I keep in my pocket with one thing per card (shower, supplements, kitchen reset, etc.), and that’s helping a bit because it physically lives on me. I’m curious: • Do you have one thing that helps your systems stay visible from one day to the next? • Where do you park reminders so your future ADHD brain actually sees them? • Extra love for ideas that still work when you’re tired / emotional / overwhelmed, not just on ā€œgood brainā€ days. šŸ’› Would love very practical ā€œthis is what I literally doā€ answers.

Surprisingly deep and human for a free ADHD challenge
Here’s a copy of my trust pilot review: āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø I joined the free 5-day ADHD Harmony challenge not really knowing what to expect, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful and accurate it’s been. The daily AI questions felt weirdly personal (in a good way) and the final ā€œpsychological portraitā€ pulled together things I’ve felt for decades but never had put into words - especially around shame, perfectionism, and feeling like my brain isn’t matching what I know I’m capable of. It didn’t feel generic or fluffy; it picked up on specific stories I’d shared and reflected them back with insight and compassion. The live calls have been valuable, and the way Jim explains ADHD as a mismatch with typical systems (rather than ā€œyou’re brokenā€) really landed for me. The Skool community adds a bit of fun/dopamine and connecting with other people who think and struggle in similar ways has lightened the days. It is leading toward a paid 6-week programme, but so far it hasn’t felt scammy or pushy - more like, ā€œHere’s a deeper option if you want it.ā€ …and I do, so I’m looking forward to the next chapter. Overall, for a free challenge, it’s been genuinely helpful, validating and thought-provoking. I’m extremely glad I did it and it’s still very worthwhile even if no further courses are taken. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

I honestly didn't know there was a further program, though I was only yesterday hoping so. I only hope I can manage itšŸ™
addiction .. small question
How do you cope with addiction? I used to take a beer at the evening to stop thinking, to be abled to wind down, and relax a bit. Over the years, it 's become such a habbit, it became really an addiction. Did anyone had the same problem? and more impotant ... how to solve this?

I've only recently been having, needing a glass of wine to wind down before bed, or melatonin, or something else, because of lots of stress. With each of these sessions, though, especially day 4's new bedtime/morning routine, I've actually surprisingly gotten much better pre-bed and sleep success

In today's q/a video, Jim mentioned a few supplements to help with sleep, and day 3 q/a video he explained the dopamine effect of cigarettes, which may also correlate with alcohol. It's a good listen. Hope they help
