Forgot my week and day will have to go over my posts. Today I used the Othership app for a breath "journey" and guided meditation as a way to wake up. Basically rounds of conscious breath and cyclical hyperventilation over about 20 mins. Afterwards, I did a few chores / morning tingsss, and then set my timer for 2 holds: 1. Inhale: 2:00 2. Passive exhale: 1:30 I did 5 minutes (timer) square / box breathing before each hold in preparation. Have a great midweek everyone!

Hiiii so today Week 3 Day 4 (I think...), I did hit up the 5th day in the classroom, and 3 rounds of WHM breathing with timed holds but those are cheating holds (the hyperventilation) but this technique is more about the health and vibes for me. Tomorrow I will do the face in the bowl after a couple of dives / revisit the video and do some more structured training! Good night, good day, or good morning wherever you are!

@Inese Rieta yes I do, because of blowing off all the C02... def not for water / diving but I've done it before C02 tables for instance, and felt a more calm start. Don't know the biochemistry of that, how long C02 levels are affected after the rounds of hyperventilation?
