Strategies for Landing Founding SDR/Founding GTM Gig
Strategic question for @Nabeel Azeez and experienced homeboys and homegirls. I found myself being a fantastic founding SDR while being brutally underpaid and I want to fix that. I know GTM is slightly more broad, but I know I can pull that one off too, so I treat them in a similar fashion. Nature of my question, looking for some ideas how to make my process of finding a gig or 3 more efficient. Here is what I am doing so far. -Scraping applications via ChadGeePeeTea. I receive various ones from dif websites. Biggest piece in my resume is the numbers: --- Built a custom scraper + AI outbound system, Hitting 1 booked call per 100–150 cold emails in a brutal niche vs. an industry benchmark of 1 per 1,000 Brought 2 whale clients (¼ of whole company yearly), Month 2 after launching my leadgen system. --- -For higher value companies, I also outreach directly to desicion makers via linkedin and/or emails. (Not to everyone, maybe to 15% of the applications) -My current linkedin is tailored to my current company to sell their product, so I can;t necessarily modify my bio for job search, but I can connect with people who MIGHT need what I have and outreach directly. -I have a loom video where i show some of the tools and set up I use and attach it where nessesary. -I had some content ideas and watched the Twitter Client Getting course, but I can't use my linkedin yet because content there is related to my current company stuff, not selling myself as a specialist yet. BOTTOM LINE - I see for now, just applications plus mass outreach. But maybe there are specific ways to do it I am missing or some other ways I am no aware of Appreciate any suggestions and ideas. Thank you

@Nabeel Azeez solid copy, I will do that. I have been mostly hitting "founding SDR" once, but there aren't that many and I figured about a week ago GTM is under the same umbrella and I can pull it off I will focus on GTM more. Thank you

@Nabeel Azeez Now it makes sense. I did apply for a few GTM engineer positions last week and was wondering why it was called that way. Is better to name myself a GTM Engineer vs Founding SDR on linkedin and in the resume? Thank you
Codex/Claude Code Lead Finder
Hi everyone, I created a lead finder system using Claude Code or Codex's Web Search function to help you find leads depending on the niche you choose. I was going to post a long explanation on how to set it up, but I wanted you to be able to use it right away... Not a week later after you've figured out how to set it up yourself. What I've done instead is added some zip files with all the folders and files pre-built. You'll need to update one of the files to fit your niche, and show your proof/results, but everything else is pre-built. I only had 5 minutes to record a loom video, so feel free to ask questions if you feel like I missed something. A few rules when using Claude Code or Codex: Never let it do all the thinking for you, just the research. Never let it download plugins or 3rd-party skills without your consent. Never give it passwords or API keys until you thoroughly understand how to keep them safe. Never send emails to friends and family using AI. They will know the difference and call you out on it. The best among men, thank you I am using a more dumb set up with a long ass line of rules to scrape leads on chatGPT. Works pretty well, but requires a ton of babysitting
Copy Review | Short Sales Page | Women's Low Ticker Offer Zhi-Style
My first attempt at Zhi Style Offer It is a low ticket digital product with traffic funneled from the FB ads. A more detailed description of the product is in the doc. Thank you UPDATE - improved it, saved in PDF with design so it is more visible, it was weird in text, comments are open. Not sure if it is acceptable https://drive.google.com/file/d/11oZToE1kbGmfe0tpY_j2_n12vrU3ObQK/view?usp=sharing

@Nabeel Azeez Appreciate taking the time for the detailed feedback. I used Reddit for the ICP language, but now I can see how it is not enough. Let me go through your feedback several times to absorb it all and see how I can improve. For future, whats the best way to submit the questions for feedback/review in pieces? Just to make sure I keep it compressed, to the point and be respectful of your time. Thank you
