like everything, when done right it can be effective. You need to identify a real problem a business owner has and then focus on clearly communicating how your copy SOLVED it

@Ayesha Shaikh is spot on. It's not about how long it takes to learn copywriting - that depends on how many hours you invest per day. So instead focus on asking how many hours are required to reach a decent level. I'd say 500 hours would get you to a pretty decent level (7-8/10) assuming you spent all 500 hours writing actual copy for real businesses and you had a strong foundation from good courses. you can get pretty good after a lot less time but I would rather you focus on reaching a super competent level than looking for as little time as possible 20 hours is probably enough to start reaching out to businesses
