Aug 2nd workout
Intensity of Day 1 = 5/10 - pretty smooth and efficient not too difficult. What did I learn today? Did you make any improvements? I did not make many improvements 2. What were you challenged with during your session? Setbacks? i am not good at pushups so i had set backs with that but i had good times for me with the others 3. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? i look forward to shooting because i think that that is the best part of my game Plank- 1:01 Wall sit-2:41 Pushups-4 Had no way to film

The intensity was 8/10. By doing this, I learned to keep my hand away from my body at all times. I had difficulty keeping my head up. I'm looking to become even faster and keep my head up.

1.Intensity 5/10 2. What did you learn while doing day 1? I learned that trying to keep the puck controlled is better then trying to go super fast and lose the puck. 3. what were you challenged with during your session?any setbacks? In the later stages of the drills my forearms were starting to get a little bit tired. 4. what are you most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? I’m excited for the shooting drills. I’m looking forward to challenge myself tomorrow.

Day 1/30 Training Challenge Complete - August 1st ✅
Intensity of Day 1 = 4/10 - pretty smooth and not too difficult so far. What did I learn today? Did you make any improvements? Today - I feel like I improved my fast stick-handling mobility and keeping my head up while stick-handling fast as well. I learned stationary stick-handling drills with my Forehand and my Backhand. 2. What were you challenged with during your session? Setbacks? Biggest challenge today was staying in the mood and staying locked in for this day, I think day 1 will be the hardest mindset day. During the session I was getting off-focused quickly but kept working through it! There were no setbacks for me today. 3. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? I'm excited to keep going on this journey and keep working on the drills Coach Luke is going to give me every day. And im looking forward for Day 2 tomorrow and keep grinding every day until Day 30!

Intensity of Day 1 = 4/10 - pretty smooth and efficient not too difficult. What did I learn today? Did you make any improvements? I felt like I was controlling the puck better on my backhand and more consistently keeping it on my stick. I also learn different ways to move through people/dekeing with these new stick handling combinations. 2. What were you challenged with during your session? Setbacks? The main thing I was challenged with was getting out and doing it today because it was the first day and I have no motivation because I have not been doing it earlier. also, I messed up on some of the stickhandling drills, but I figured it out shortly after. 3. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? I am most looking forward to building my stick handling so I can move around people or move at the blue line better without getting my pocket picked and they go onto a breakaway. Btw I am at my grandparents and I do not have real pucks or synthetic ice. Looking forward to tomorrow
