No video attached this week... πŸ™ƒ 1. Setting our intentions in 2026... We are going to continue to treat our mind like a muscle (it needs repetition too to get stronger). We are what we consume (books, thoughts, podcasts & friends) Our mind built strong will help us tackles the big challenges we face during the day. If we continue to build our mind with strength, courage and positive thoughts... are actions will be with strength, courage and positive thoughts. We must trust in ourselves that this process is going to work. Does that mean we're going to be a 100% all the time? Absolutely Not. But it's going to put us in the best position possible to succeed. Remember, we show up to work. And let the work take care of us. Our instincts and the nature of our habits (how we show up to practice) will guide us in game. Let things flow, trust our processes. 2. This Week's Schedule as follows πŸ“… Tuesday - Group Workout/Shooting at 4PM (EST) Wednesday - Group Workout Time at 7AM (est) Thursday - Game film review at 4PM (est) 3. Homework πŸ“š Continue with our podcast Want you to note down the differences between self 1 vs self 2... Continue to a notebook to capture your thoughts... take a walk, make some notes, sit down, get intentional about this process. Suggest you doing this as early as you can in the day... Listen to the NEXT 20 mins of the same podcast 🎧 Minute 20:00-40:00 On Apple - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/surrendering-to-self-2-not-adding-or-subtracting-from/id1715599628?i=1000736811240 On Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/episode/4rlAvNcYsT8vAhXBNBDFHA?si=bc956b5af5b64dc4... Hey Carson, what number, color team, and what position are you?

@Carson Hills Alright, I watched your film, I am a foward so not some big tips for a defender, but I know a few things. First) In the second video when you get on the ice great play to rush to the puck, keep it in and protect it while tight turning. That is a big play for when you grow. And as you can see from you just turning there and shielding off that winger on you, you guys got a scoring chance. Second) In the first video, I saw that you rushed to the puck when there D went to break it out. It wound up going under there wingers stick, off the boards and you put it towards the net, Great play Carson! Last off) Late in the first video you charged the net and almost got a rebound. Good, but don't just leave that open ice on the left side of the zone. I saw this happen a lot for my team in the past and when I coach younger kids, Lets say you don't get to the puck or the other team steals it and throws it to those 2 guys high in your area, It is a 2 on 1 and possibly a 3 on 1 of the center gets in there, So next time be aware how many people are in your area just in case you push to the middle. Other than that last thing, Great job and just seeing a few thing's you did in the videos, you are one of or maybe even one of the best younger kids I've coached or even seen in my years coaching/playing. Keep it up -Bryan Johnson
