The Cats Out of the Bag...New Deal Maker Book+ Tools
I've had some good folks share that have listened to the recording of me speaking at Travis's SNM event in Little Rock where I was promoting my upcoming book... "Deals Over Clients"~ The Fastest Way to Move from Client Work to Partnerships Deals, Without Getting Screwed..." I can tell ya one thing, writing a book is a labor of love. And some of it hurts lol. Taking nearly 10 years of my deal making journey and squeezing it all into a single book that isn't as thick as Atlas Shrugged is no small feat. So not only have I been mulling over almost 10 years of mistakes, wins, and failures... And distilling them all down into an outline, and writing the book that delivers on real actionable deal making strategies. But I'm also working on some pretty tasty book buyer bonuses too! To help peeps dial in their first of many deals I'm putting together The Deal Makers Toolkit. So they don't have to figure out what approach works best. I'm sharing all of my battle tested warm market "leverage" strategies so no one has to cold call if they don't ever wanna. I'm also sharing how I'm finding the best of the best deals using A.I. too! And using my warm market leverage strategy to get in the door. So even if I don't know someone I can get connected quick for a coffee date. OH, and the thing that's taking the MOST time and energy? (and I may regret tackling lol)... Is the Coffee Date Qualifier Software. (I'll probably come up with a cooler name before the book is ready lol). One of the biggest problems I had and I see that other Ronin have is knowing whether a deal is worth investing their time and energy in or not. Nothing worse than spending days on a test "for practice" and pulling up goose eggs. What I've found causes this conundrum is two things: DEAL CONSTRAINT #1: not doing deep enough research BEFORE the coffee date (it takes less than 30 minutes if you know what you're looking for...but that's the rub, what DO you look for?!). DEAL CONSTRAINT #2: doing a coffee date and MISSING important data and facts that are KEY to whether you should invest in a test or not.
