Yesterday, when I started the sound bath on Insight Timer, I noticed something different: the bowl in front of me wasn’t the one I usually begin with. Without realizing it, I had placed the Heart Chakra crystal bowl in the most comfortable position for me, right at the center. Usually, I arrange the bowls according to the space, the harmonics, and also how my back feels while I play. But this time, without planning it, the heart bowl was right there, where my body felt most at ease. I began as I always do, with a short relaxation, guiding everyone to arrive, to breathe. And even before I noticed that the heart bowl had taken the lead… I felt a deep pull to focus on the chest, to breathe love into it, and to express gratitude for the body. Only after that moment did I look down and realize: it was the Heart Chakra leading the way. The entire session unfolded around love, harmony, and softness, perfectly aligned with the New Moon in Libra. It was as if the sound itself had chosen the path before I did. 💭 It made me reflect : Sometimes our soul rearranges things before our mind catches up. 🌑 This sound bath became a true heart-centered journey, planting seeds of love and intention for this new lunar cycle.
