Before I meet with anyone, hold a session, or even begin my creative work, I take exactly one or two minutes to reset, through silence or a single frequency tone. It may seem simple… but neuroscience confirms what ancient traditions already knew:
🧠 60 seconds of mindful stillness can reduce cortisol
💛 It activates the parasympathetic nervous system
🎯 It increases focus and emotional regulation
This is how I shift from external noise to inner alignment.
