@Justin Frost Hi Justin, I usually do some variation of a squat, pull and push which includes 6-8 exercises. Usually, this includes, a leg press, shoulder press, pull-down, chest press or dip, seated row, (I like to add in BW exercises, or non machines, whether this is push ups, bar holds, pull-ps, deadlift, BW abs( and usually finish the workout off with calves, ab rotation and or spine lumbar. Total time under tension is about 15-20 minutes. I find the more muscular, more conditioned one is, the less exercises one needs to get a good result. I prefer training just 1x weekly and find most clients can do it well and get a good result. ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
