@Malena M. I do that worry about the future too. It is mostly the source of my anxiety. Thanks for sharing this. I think I will work with this truth "you don't need to be anywhere else" I had not picked up this during the Nidra. I have been listening by podcast on my phone at end of day and possibly fell asleep. Much love and compassion to you. 💞
Day 6 | Reflection
In our recent Yoga Nidra practice, we explored the mirror visualization—a powerful moment to connect with our inner and outer selves. How did you feel as you gazed into the mirror of your mind, reflecting on your strengths, vulnerabilities, joys, and sorrows? Was there a story? If it was challenging, consider what your life would look like without that story. If it was empowering, consider how far you have come! If it was neutral or restful, consider how that felt in your body. SHARE what came up for you! Did anything surprise you? This is a safe space to share your insights and discoveries. Whether you noticed something new about yourself or felt a sense of balance emerging, your reflections could inspire and resonate with others in the community. Let’s explore together—comment below and share your experience! 🌟

Very interesting. I was taken back to a place a I lived in when living in the Phoenix area. I think because it had those large sliding mirrored doors for the closet. I had so much compassion for myself. The striving I was still engaged in. The struggle I felt daily life to be. I comforted myself (younger self) with the sentiment "Everything will be okay. It will all work out". I'm eager to try out this Nidra again. Insightful.
Day 7 | Invite Joy Into Your Day 🌟
Joy doesn’t always arrive in grand gestures—it often finds us in the simplest of moments. Today, let’s pause and reflect: What is one thing you could do today to invite more joy into your life? Maybe it’s stepping outside to feel the sun on your face, calling a loved one, savouring your favourite tea, or taking a moment of stillness just for you. Your small act of joy might inspire someone else to find theirs. SHARE your intention in the comments below—we’d love to celebrate with you! 💛

Joy often comes to me unexpectedly. Small moments that I want to appreciate. I've found that spiritual practices have helped me to become more aware of the presence of joy in my life. Joy doesn't have to be the big things in life. Joy can be found in having time to myself, and accomplishing tasks even small ones like doing the laundry. I think what I'm describing here is mindfulness. Being present in the moment and appreciating it for what it is.
Day Three | The Gift of Calm
Imagine this: if calmness were a gift you could share with others, how would you express it? What would it look like? Sound like? Feel like? Would it be the stillness of a forest after the rain? A soothing melody that wraps around your soul? Or perhaps the gentle touch of someone holding space for you in silence? Calmness is not just a state—it’s an energy we radiate. When we embody calm, we become a refuge for others in a chaotic world. 💫 I’d love to hear from you. 👉 What does calmness look, sound, or feel like to you? 👉 How do you share it with others in your own unique way? Let’s explore the many ways calmness can ripple through our lives and relationships. Your insight could be the spark someone else needs to discover their own calm. 💖 Share your thoughts below ⬇️

A warm blanket. That feeling of warm coziness.
Day Two | Human 'Being'
How do you define the balance between ‘being’ and ‘doing’ in your life? Has this changed over time?
Day Two | Human 'Being'

For several years I've been focusing on being. "Just Being" A Humanbeing rather than a human doing. I have to remind myself from time to time to Just Be. I feel like the US culture is so focused doing always being "Busy" as if this is a virtue. I'm working on Being. Recovering from and deprograming from the Doing lifestyle.
