Mid-Week Pause | The Courage to Be Grateful
This past weekend was a reminder that gratitude can also be vulnerable. In echo of Cat's share: Be Courageous. Each time we pause to appreciate what is already present, we open our hearts and space for something new to emerge. Let's continue to pause for gratitude! SHARE below what you are grateful for today! I'll begin... I am grateful for all of those who are sharing their voice in this community... When I see you being vulnerable and sharing your questions, creating bids for connection, and supporting those who share with a like or comment, it shows me... Although we can be a 'sleepy' community in nature, we don't push 'snooze' on connection. For those silent observers here, I encourage you to SHARE your moment of gratitude on this post! You deserve to be seen. Let's support each other!

I am grateful for having my health so I still can love my wife, children, grandchildren and my dogs. Healthy today, but who knows about tomorrow. Try to live as this was your last day.
The Power of the Sankapla
Have you ever noticed how much energy goes into wanting things to change? The mind pushes, resists, or wrestles… and it leaves us tired. A sankalpa is different. It isn’t about pushing. It’s about planting, like placing a seed in fertile soil and trusting the rhythm of nature to unfold in its own time. If your heart could whisper one sentence right now, just one seed of truth, what would it say? If you feel comfortable, SHARE it here. When spoken into a community, our intentions often take deeper root.

Open up and be a part of the universe. All the love, wisdom and joy. I want it all just to flow in and with me. ❤️
Your word for the week 🌸
Every new week is like a fresh canvas. The way you enter it can shape how the days unfold. In Yoga Nidra, we often choose a sankalpa, a heart felt intention, to anchor us. It doesn’t have to be big or lofty. Sometimes the most powerful sankaplas are the simplest: I trust, I am here, or simply I am. What’s one word you want to carry with you this week? SHARE it below and notice how it feels when you let it live in your body, not just your mind.

Day Nine | Mental Clarity
We're coming to the end of our series here and I don't know about you but I'm definitely feeling more clear! As the fog lifts, clarity may not be loud.. it’s often quiet and steady. Today’s practice is for the part of you that’s ready to know again. ✨ Inquiry: - What is becoming clear to you now? - Where might you be overthinking something simple? 🔍 What came into focus today? Comment and share your insights.

I think it was hard to ” inhale clary”. For me it was difficult to visualise that. But I will try again. For the rest it was wonderful as always ❤️
Day Seven | Access Joy
One week into our Rest & Restore series, Ayla's Nidra reminds us that joy is not something we earn. Today’s practice is a gentle reminder: you’re allowed to feel good. ✨ Explore: - When was the last time you felt joy for no reason? - What makes your spirit light? Even in grief, even in fatigue.. joy is still here, waiting. 🌼 What did today’s practice awaken in you? Share the joy below 🥰 Picked the GIF just for you @Ayla Nova 😜

This practice is so important. It’s so easy to forget the child within us, the joy. To get stuck in the wheel, to forget to live not just survive. Thank you @Cat Jones @Ayla Nova ❤️❤️❤️. And send my best wishes to your mum ( even if it’s a day behind)
