Wait till the start of new year or start running my ads now?
I just on boarded a client recently and I’m debating if I should wait till the start of new year to start running my ads or launch it right away. I know that if I launch my ads now, they should hypothetically start generating leads in the first one to two days, But I am afraid that the holidays will affect the results so what do you guys think?

id wait until the new year mate. we have delayed all new clients who are in onboarding.

Minnimum i would say persoanlly is $1000 usd a month
The impact of the amount of ad spend...
Hey everyone! I wanted to hear what your guys' thoughts were on this: I have a client who we were spending $20 a day with on meta ads and we were getting very little results. I'm sure there were come parts of he funnel that were bottlenecking the performance to a certain extent. But then we decided that we'd double the ad spend because we were marketing in a competitive area (with an offer we know typically works). Then, not only did we start to get more results in, but it seemed to be almost exponential. Obviously more ad spend meant that we were able to reach more people and that FB can learn more - but even things like the conversion rates improved. Just wanted to hear your guys' thoughts on the impact of ad spend on results and whether you thought it was more of a linear or exponential relationship when it comes to adspend vs results. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Lead Conversion advice
Hey everyone! I know this is going to be highly niche dependent, but I am trying to understand what conversion rate on my client leads we should be targeting (lead to landed job). I am currently running lead form ads for my clients and getting great volume, working with auto detailers to get them ceramic coating jobs ($600-$2000/job). Almost every lead is being responsive and answering calls, but the biggest challenge is turning a quoted customer into a landed job. I was wondering if anyone has run a vsl funnel for local lead gen with success? I am considering running a vsl style funnel that explains the beneifts of ceramic coatings etc which might take some of the weight of my clients shoulders to sell the service. Thoughts and advice?

KPI for Our business in Home Improv: Min booking Rate: 37% Ideal Booking Rate: 50% Lead To landed job is a different ball game. There are so many factors, they could be shitty salesman, the leads could genuinely not that great quality. Might be worht having a chat with you cleint. find out why each quote didnt close. and ring those leads yourself to get a better understanding of why they didnt close.

@Tom Lehmann yeah :), we do provide the option of lead gen as well. Clients will promise they will call the leads twice a day but I promise u like 90% of them won’t actually do this.
