Do it until.....
Saw a reel this morning of someone doing a Murph challenge. Caption was Day 5 of doing a Murph until I am not fat (this dude was pretty jacked by the way) so not looking at his body with the following advice because everyone has their own personal thoughts on what they look like I placed a comment Love the grind - but change your mindset. Dont do it until you are no longer fat, do it until you find the peace within yourself and then keep going, everything else will follow And I put that to you all now. No matter what your end goal is, anything you do, do it until you find the peace you are truly looking for and then keep going. Everything else will follow Happy Tuesday yall

Well said brother! It doesnt matter what the scale says it matters how feel inside. Sounds cliche but its true.

This was an 8-week course followed up with a two-part test. Glad to be done with this one. Now to utilize this and find the next class. What are you currently learning about?

@Ely Rivera I'm currently learning and trying to work on lowering my heart rate while I'm running. Trying to get my body out of survival mode. Lower heart rate while working so that I conserve energy and can work longer. It’s been a mixture of breath work and zone 2 training.
Small wins, big celebrations!
Over about the last 3 months my goal has been to do 200 pushups a day on top of whatever cardio or workout I do. I've always struggled with pushups. Over the last 3 weeks it’s become a NON-NEGOTIABLE. When I first started I was doing sets of 10 and it would take me all day to do them. I just got to my hotel in San Diego and was able to knock out 8 sets of 25, a shower and be ready to leave in 45 mins. Showing up everyday compounds into results. Not a huge win but it’s a big improvement. Celebrate your small wins along the way! So I ask… Do you have something that is a non-negotiable? And If not… Whats something small you could add to your day to get better everyday? 🤟🏾

Sleep is gold in my house having a 15 month old. Ive been taking 1st phorm magnesium. Really focusing on getting up at the same time every morning. I’ve noticed that naturally my eyes get heavy around the same time every night. Even though my watch gives me low sleep scores i wake up feeling refreshed and ready to get after it.
