Good morning everyone! Glad to be here as consistency has been my issue so I look at this as a form of accountability that I need. I’m 46 years old, been with my wife Brianna for 27 years, have 2 sons (ages 24, 22), 1 daughter (19) and 1 grandson who is almost two. I want to be the healthiest I can be so I can be the most active grandfather possible for my grandson and any future grandkids (🤞) To do so I know I need to be consistent every day, which has been challenging, and make my health a priority, which I have felt a bit guilty for as it takes time away from my family. However, I know to be at my best for them, I have to make time for me.
