Another Day Another Hike
I finally got my weight vest and hit some trails. I look forward to stepping up my workouts with this baby. Also, it’s been a few weeks now since I started the 1st Phorm supplements and am absolutely loving them. Definitely a lot higher quality than most brands I have used in the past. Keep on crushing it out there everyone!

Went and ate at Fixins, apparently owned by Kevin Johnson, former Sun. The bartender was one of his cousins, and we chopped it up for a while about the restaurant and her personal life. We even found out she had a 30lbs weight release 3 years back and has managed to keep it off.

1st and foremost - Go Patriots - Bring it home to New England!!!! What are people doing for the game? Big parties, hangouts or keeping the tv off and enjoying a good book and family time? Got some part time hours at the gym this morning and then its meal prep day for me HAPPY SUNDAY!!!!
