q: should the leadgen jay dfy email have a profile picture?
just wondering if the leadgen jay should have profile picture? I think I uploaded one when i made the order, but i don't see it when I send myself an email. I know it's not make-or-break but I imagine it's good to have a profile picture along with the email?

It adds credibility for sure….
Cold Email Copy Feedback
@Subrat Behera's enthusiasm has rubbed-off on me and I've taken massive action this weekend. I've built a 1.1k lead list that's cleaned and double verified thanks to great ChatGPT prompting, Instantly and Million Verifier. We're ready for launch ASAP but would love some feedback on our 1st email copy before that.... ....T-minus 20 hours till launch.🚀 Here's our 1st email copy with my two different subject lines for split testing: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NiaDRNmxHZ-KSPzn_PPqCSPSlC2ENuwLxEIJj3Hykms/edit?usp=sharing Any feedback is highly encouraged and appreciated. Thanks y'all! Cheers!

Cold Email Script Help + Feedback
Hello Guys, so in the last call I had with @Grant Charge , @Ryan Magill & @Jaron Shoptaugh we discussed a lot of things and during that discussion I had a query that I am currently working on and needed everyone's feedback, so since everyone here is into Cold Email Scripting and has found success by trial and errors, I am sharing this document that contains the Target Audience, the Offer and the 3 Cold Email Scripts + Previews which are getting me 50%+ open rates but no responses. I have currently targeted only 500 people and doing follow-ups (4 times), but since I am not getting results, I am planning to perform a new campaign with 1000 prospects. My question, what should I proceed with? 1. Increase the volume - Target 1000 prospects of same ICPs 2. Tweak the prospects - Target agencies with 10-20 employees rather than 1-10 employees 3. Tweak anything in the script (specifically offer or CTA or give something for free) Here's the Document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1K1kEr5-Ts2mcN9iPbOYdt_-9rHO_NTAhgH54wO_ah-U/edit?usp=sharing Feel free to comment your thoughts inside the doc, and here as well. If you know someone who could help with this, feel free to share with them. Would love to get all the people involved and improve this campaign for a case study.

This Week’s Call: New Clients, Pickleball Lists And Next Steps
This week we had a small crew on the live call, which let us go deep!! @Subrat Behera shared how he pushed past feeling lazy and kicked off his own cold email campaign for his Agency. In just a few days he sent about 475 emails, got several good replies, booked a bunch of calls, and already signed new agency clients! 🥳💪🏻👏🏻 We also talked about his client campaign that gets good opens but no replies yet, and he agreed to post his scripts in Skool so the group can help him fix the copy. @Ryan Magill and @Jaron Shoptaugh walked through what happened after our real life co-working session. They used ChatGPT, Instantly and ScoreApp to start building lists of pickleball list owners in rich retiree areas, plus ideas to scrape from sites like Pickleheads, Apollo, Skool communities and maybe Facebook Groups. The big shift was aiming at list owners and community leaders, not just players, then using a simple quiz to collect data and test interest. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 We wrapped up with one tiny action each before next week. Subrat will keep the momentum going and aim for six total agency clients. Ryan will start their first Instantly campaign to list owners and get some early numbers in. Jaron will tighten the follow up for people who take the ScoreApp quiz so they get clear next steps fast. Everyone will share their copy and links in Skool so the whole community can jump in and help! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOO!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🔥🔥🔥🥳🥳🥳

@Grant Charge, I loved today's meeting. Awesome conversations, sharing things that you, Ryan and Jaron could instantly catch onto feels much better. Loved that everyone was accountable on their part and rooting for others and looking forward to the next week's goal seems a achievable target. Thanks @Ryan Magill & @Jaron Shoptaugh for the discussion, ideas and support from last week and this week. Let's nail this week and share our best for the next week's meeting. Looking forward to it already 😅
From Online To Eyeball To Eyeball: Our First In-Person Co-Working Session
Last night I was able to link up with two legends from this community in real life for a co-working session. @Jaron Shoptaugh and @Ryan Magill and I grabbed a room, opened the laptops and got stuck in together. It's wild how quickly things shift when you're not just boxes on a weekly Skool call but actually sitting side by side, talking through ideas, seeing each other think, and sharing what's really going on. You can't beat face to face, eyeball to eyeball, for building trust and forging real bonds. Online is great for scale, but in person is where the deeper conversations happen. The jokes land better, the hard truths are easier to share, and you walk away feeling seen, backed and a bit more fired up about the path you're on. If you're in a city where other members are close by, I highly recommend organising a simple coffee or co-working session. Nothing fancy, just “bring your laptop, let’s build”. This community gets a lot more powerful when we connect in the real world as well as here inside Skool.

@Grant Charge wish I could be in that room as well, working together in a same space literally makes a better experience than online I would say… Looking forward to our online meet soon..✌️
