My go-to expert for Claude Code has launched his Skool Community for FREE!
G’day legends! 🇦🇺 I wanted to give a massive shout-out to a total champion, @Blake Sims, and his new, free Skool Community: Claude Code Architects. If you want to learn how to build cool software this year, using Claude Code, without being a total tech-head, this is the place to be. Here’s why you should check it out: • He’s the Real Deal: Blake is a great mate of AI Kanga. Whenever I have a tricky question about Claude Code, he’s my go-to “Brains Trust.” He really knows his stuff! • Big Experience: He’s done consulting for Lead Gen Jay, teaching him Claude Code, and has heaps of experience building tools for paying clients, in the real world, that actually work. • Award Winner: He even won a prize in Liam Ottley’s AI Skool Community for his fantastic work! Blake is a wealth of knowledge, and he’s teaching people how to build things with Claude Code. It’s all about making your business run smoother without the headache. Best of all? It’s free to join right now. Get in there and see what he’s building! 🦘 AI Kanga Outbound Lab Kick-off 🇦🇺 G’day 2026! Here’s why this year will be a ripper (and a bit of a shocker) for AI
The Big AI Shake-up: What’s Coming? The world of technology is moving faster than a Melbourne Formula One Grand Prix driver, and things are about to get pretty wild. Here’s my lowdown on what to expect over the next year or two: - AI is getting scary smart Soon, AI won’t just be for writing emails or making silly pictures. It’s going to start doing “white-collar” jobs - the kind of work people do in offices on computers. We’re talking about AI that can build its own apps, manage businesses, and even talk on the phone so well you won’t know it’s a robot. - The "SaaS Graveyard" You know those websites where you pay a monthly fee to use their tools? A lot of them might go bust. Why? Because soon, anyone will be able to use AI to build those same tools for themselves for free (or much cheaper). If a company doesn’t offer something really special, they’re in trouble. - Robots are joining the team We’re moving toward “humanoid” robots - robots that look and move like us. These won’t just be toys; they’ll be used for deliveries and physical jobs. Also, “Digital Labour” is the new buzzword. Instead of just automating a tiny task, AI will be able to do an entire job from start to finish. The Bottom Line: The next few years might be a bit of a bumpy ride with jobs changing and the world feeling a bit chaotic. But if you keep learning, taking action on what you learn, and stay close to your mates, you’ll be right!

Final Free Weekly Live Call Recap + What Changes in January
That was our final Weekly Live Call for the year, and also the last one that’s free. Big thanks to everyone who jumped on from all over!! We had @Chris Shannon in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam, and @Ryan Magill and @Jaron Shoptaugh, who both live in Bangkok, Thailand, back again too! We even had a bit of Christmas chat first, then got stuck into what’s really been happening in cold email lately. Here are the simple takeaways: • Data beats “better copy” most days. Chris shared how a 500-lead scrape can turn into 80 usable leads after cleaning, verifying, and removing Google emails. So yep, list quality matters more than people think. • LeadSwift can work, but it’s messy. It pulls in weird results and doesn’t let you filter as tightly as you’d want. It seems way better for trades keywords like “roofing contractor” than broad stuff like “pickleball”. • Copy still matters, but clarity wins. When we reviewed the Pickleball Passport emails, the big note was: add one more line of context so people instantly get what you’re offering, and why you’re reaching out. A playful angle like “escape the US winter” can be a strong hook too. • Soft CTAs are the move. The “happy to test with 50 old quotes/leads” type close is simple, low pressure, and easy to say yes to. Important reminder: From January onward, the Weekly Live Call (and the replays) will sit behind the paywall for Premium and VIP members only. If you want to keep coming to these calls live and watching the replays, make sure you’re on Premium or VIP. See you in the paid room in January. Let’s make 2026 your best outbound year yet! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
