Community Guidelines 🦘
Hey crew, Quick guide to keep the Lab running smooth: 1️⃣ Be respectful - no spam or pitching each other. 2️⃣ Post wins, questions, and lessons in the feed so everyone learns. 3️⃣ Tag me if you need help or feedback. 4️⃣ Keep all work talk here - not on WhatsApp or Telegram. 5️⃣ Share tools, results, and ideas freely - we all win together. This space works best when everyone adds value. Keep it respectful, no spam or selling, and share what’s working so others can learn too. Ask questions in the feed so everyone benefits - save DMs for private stuff only. Stay focused on cold email, automation, and systems. Simple, clear, and human. Let’s keep it that way. Cheers, Grant

Where We Communicate - Quick Guide 💬
Hey crew, Quick heads-up on how we’ll stay in touch from now on. All chats, updates, questions, and wins will now live here inside the AI Kanga Cold Email Lab. It keeps everything tidy and in one place so nothing gets lost across WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. If you need to reach me direct, just hit Message on my profile here in Skool - I’ll still reply one-on-one when needed. Over the next few weeks, I’ll slowly phase out the other chat apps so we’re all running from one simple hub. Thanks for helping keep things clean and easy. See you inside, Grant

V2 Cold email feedback
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BL9F3XX81yTs8_xSRF_Bufm9yJAyduEm-rc-xDutXSw/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.np3md4a2v1y0 Here's the next rendition of the copy for The Pickleball Passport. The emails are positioned to getting these pickleball club operators to book a 15 minute meeting with us to discuss a collaboration. I've brought a reward on the other side of the meeting after a suggestion from @Blake Sims last week which is "Early Insights Report" and "Destination Shortlist," which may still need to be more pronounced in the copy. Ready to get this new campaign online. Let me know what y'all think. Appreciate any feedback.. LFG this week!!🚀
Most Shopify stores don’t need more traffic they need a proper teardown.
I’ve reviewed a lot of stores where the owner is spending money on ads, apps, and themes…but the core issues are things like: 1) unclear offer and positioning 2) poor product page logic 3) trust gaps that kill conversions 4) checkout friction that silently bleeds revenue These are not beginner mistakes they’re structural problems that cost money every day. If you’re a store owner (or a serious beginner) who knows something is off and wants a straight, practical breakdown of what to fix and why, I’m open to working with a few committed people.
