Do you know what movement planes are?
As always… building something great behind the scenes. Soon, inside this group you will find EVERYTHING you need to move freely forever. Something that will work for everyone, no questions asked… Not sure if you’re ready for it…

The BS advice ends here. If you’re busy, active and your back keeps becoming the weak link in your life, you’re in the right place. This is for people who can handle pressure at work, train hard, travel, solve complex problems, and still somehow feel like their back is the one thing they can’t figure out. Start here: 1. Introduce yourself under INTRODUCTIONS - tell us when your back usually flares and what you have tried to solve it 2. Go to CLASSROOM and start with the free material The goal is simple: Stop guessing. Understand the pattern. Build a body you trust again. Ania

@Marcus Cheek it defo will!
~6 months later..
Back when I started on this journey about a year and a half ago with @Ania Drozd I was in pain, my body did not trust me! I wanted to run, just like once I did when I was younger! I refused to give up and found Ania! Her first principles approach towards my goals helped me learn more about my body, what it liked, more importantly what it did not! Fast forward to today- i have almost completed my 16 week half marathon training- most of my runs are pain free, above all. So far I’ve put over 200 miles this year, with a hope of finishing a half marathon. I’ve now been able to run for over 90mins. Meticulously taking notes as I run on what is going good, what is not- listening to my body. Sometimes I hear Ania say “control” in my brain! It works out in the end! Take baby steps, trust the process :) Thank you @Ania Drozd

@Anvay Vaidya You just made my day. Firstly, I am SO proud of you for continuously working on yourself, both the body and the mind. It’s a never-ending journey, right!? Secondly, a bloody half marathon… I’m in pain just thinking about it 😂 Jokes aside, you’re proof that hard work in the beginning pays off later down the line. PS. sorry (not really...) for being your nightmare
Hello
I am 32 and had two microdisectomies in l4/l5 and just 3 months ago in l5/s1. Those surgeries were emergency surgeries cause my nerves were severely involved. Just before and after the surgeries I did a lot of sport, wen to the gym and tried everything from mobility over stretching to calisthenics but nothing helped. I have a super tight QL and my back hurts in bed while turning. And I still cannot bend over without holding on to my legs. Super frustrated and no idea what else can help me.😢
