At Home Workout Video & Weekly Breathwork
I’m sharing a workout I created for Danielle, and inside the video is this week’s breathing practice. If you fast forward to 6 minutes, 22 seconds, you’ll find a simple breath sequence you can use all week. You can also jump to around 11 minutes, 20 seconds, where there’s a 2-minute pause with ocean waves, placed there intentionally to slow you down and help you breathe. I could give you 100 reasons for resistance training but I’m adding this here because in speaking, your body is an instrument, and confidence is something that is earned. The word confidence comes from confidere, to trust. The relationship you have with your body matters in how you move, how you stand, and how you speak. So often what you want to say is communicated in what you don’t say, in what you don’t have to say, and in the energy you carry without realizing it. That energy has everything to do with how you take care of yourself. When you step into a space having challenged your body, having breathed, having slowed down, you carry the confidence of someone who trusts themselves. I want you all to be blessed by this practice, and I want to give a big thank you to Danielle. If it wasn’t for her, this workout and this breathing practice wouldn’t exist. Big shout out to @Danielle den Admirant , and make sure you breathe this week.
@Pod Guesters Well this is my second video from @Tunji Adebayo and I'm definitely getting stronger! These videos are perfect for me because I can do them in my bedroom in the morning before the kids wake up and I start the rest of my day. I like to do other options during the week for cardio as well, like swimming, Zumba or group workouts, but as the weather gets worse, I'm not as likely to get to those places, so I like that I can do a home workout every day, if I can't fit the others in.
@Pod Guesters same! If I had my favourite lake in my backyard, or the ocean and it was always warm out, I would probably swim every morning! 😍 Maybe I need to move somewhere tropical! Lol
Drop a 😮‍💨 Everytime You Use It
Start your morning with intention. 3 minutes. One breath at a time. This week, I’m challenging you to make breathwork a non-negotiable part of your morning routine. The full video is 5 minutes, but I’m only asking for 3. That’s it. Three minutes to remind yourself that you can control your body through your breath. I’ll be doing this every single day while I’m on the treadmill yes, it makes it harder, but that’s the point. The more we practice controlling our breath under pressure, the more powerful we become in every moment that matters. Here’s what I need from you: Drop the 😮‍💨 emoji in the comments every time you complete at least 3 minutes. Every. Single. Day. This week. Or multiple times a day. The more repetitions, the better. Let’s build this habit together. Your body, your mind, your day it all starts with your breath. Drop a if you’re in? 😮‍💨
Found a new use for this!! I just used it at the dentist! lol. I am not scared of the dentist and I like my dental team, but my teeth are super sensitive and I have a nerve condition in my jaw, so its just very uncomfortable overall for me to get a cleaning. That air/water/scraping combo….torture. That is also not something that pain meds will help, so I just flinch my way through and my eyes water most of the time. Sometimes I even have to get them to stop so I can take a break and unclench my entire body for a few minutes. This time, about 2 minutes in, I thought about this breathing and started doing it. I decided to do a 5-in-5-out breathing and just focus on that. It worked fairly well. There was still some flinching and I had to get back into the counting rythm, but it was much better to have the breathing and counting to focus on, instead of how uncomfortable I was. Thats a win! Plus my teeth have that fresh from the dentist smoothness…..so win-win!
@Tunji Adebayo well thanks to you for sharing these because I keep trying them in new ways and that’s the reason I thought to try it. Clearly I’ve been breathing during all my dental work for 40 years, but not consciously. 😉😂
🔥 $300 COURSE IN PROGRESS - FREE UNTIL JAN 2026
Last week, Danielle and I had a conversation that took my understanding of confidence to a whole new level. Confidence isn’t just: - what you say - or how you say it Real confidence is how people receive it. Did it land? Did it move them? Did it change something inside them? That’s the level we’re operating on now. And I’ve gone Ultra Instinct. Super Saiyan. Fully locked in. This course is not just getting finished by the End of the Month It's going to be transformative: 🔥 Transformative for Interview Training to Business Leaders 🔥 Transformative for 1-on-1 conversations to Public Speaking 🔥 Transformative for High school students to College Professors 🔥 Transformative for Teachers, Entrepreneurs, Creatives, and Community leaders Speaking with Confidence is Speaking with Clarity. If you SPEAK, you need this. 🚀 The 4S Framework STATISTIC: Grabs attention. Leverages credibility. Stops the mind for a moment like, “Woah… tell me more." *Statistics rarely get people to act or change, but Stories do STORY: Awakens emotion. Emotions make people MOVE. Emotion is the fuel. STRATEGY: This is where your PURPOSE becomes REAL. If you’re a salesperson — this is where you close. If you run a business — this is where you present the offer. If you’re building a nonprofit — this is where you tell them exactly how to support and donate. If you’re pitching an idea — this is where they understand the “how” and want to say yes. STAMP: The line they won’t forget. The phrase that echoes in their mind long after you stop talking. The sticky-one liner that brings the Message home. Right now in the course: ✔️ Statistics = DONE ✔️ Stories = IN MOTION 🔜 Strategies + Stamp = LOADING before December is over In 2026 — this becomes paid only. You’re here EARLY! so you have access to I added a sneak peek with Day 1 but Jump into the classroom and go to Day 8 Video under Module 2, you'll see the value for yourself and you'll hear the Starfish Story...I love that story it's FREE while I build, Please use this time.

@Tunji Adebayo well I might’ve been thinking of the blue/pink one, I just went and checked, but then I also saw the blue and yellow one and I love that… so I’m gonna be real and admit they are all 🔥 and I actually can’t pick. It’s whichever one you’re rocking in that moment honestly. 😎
Weekly Breathwork: Guide Your Horses 🐎🌬️
My mind is a lot like a stable full of race horses, it wants to sprint in every direction at once, thinking about what you want to say, how you want to say it, how the other person is receiving the information, all the possibilities, all at the same time. But speaking requires stillness, clarity, and presence. The mind does too. I love to use animals as a visual and I loved they used horses. There is a global understanding with this example . We all know horses and energy that wants to run wild. So this week, breathe and guide your horses. Slow the pace. Guide your thoughts where you want them to go by slowing down and breathing. I do not know if we will ever be able to hold our horses, but I know we can guide them. My favorite Guide: 2 Sharp Inhales in the Nose - 1 Long Exhale out the Mouth This is a universal challenge. We all speak. We all think. And we all want to control both. So, before you speak, before a meeting, before a difficult conversation, pause and practice. Breathe and guide your horses. 🌬️🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎✨ Let’s get it.
@Kai Cerar I did think of you when I read this! 😉 (And a few other people I know. But they’re not in this group. lol )

What is your best piece of advice for young people who don’t know what they want to do with their life? Who hasn’t discovered their purpose? They might want to go to school or are thinking about what career to pursue but they are overwhelmed by it all.
