✅ DEEP POCKET businesses
Travis mentioned that there are 1000s of DEEP POCKET businesses that pay $1000s per month to get in front of the RIGHT EYEBALLS...and size matters less than having the right members or subscribers. And even though this is at the upper end of what is possible I wanted to share another example of how this is happening right now. Check the post from an acquaintance of mine and the numbers that companies are paying to get in front of these audiences. They are sold out for years. Time to own some media!! I'm sharing his post below 👇 ==== $5.6M for a podcast sponsorship and everyone's mad about the price. But nobody is asking the most interesting question: Why are Acquired FM's ad slots sold out? but first, here's what people are getting wrong about the price: They're comparing their B2B listener count to bigger, more popular podcasts and working backwards from the price. That comparison doesn't work. Sam Parr said it best: media value = audience size × buying power × how influential you are over them. That's literally it. Acquired has 1 million listeners per episode — operators, VCs, executives with real software budgets. And long-form, deeply researched content means the trust and influence over that audience is unlike almost anything else in media. So the CAC math flips completely. If your ACV is $200k and you close 20 deals, you just made $4M back on a $3M bet. Where else do you reach 1 million of these exact people? Which brings me to the part that actually broke my brain: Sold out through most of 2028. Next available slots: 2029. Brands are committing $3-5M in budget three years in advance. You don't do that speculatively. You do that because the math has already worked and you want to make sure you're not locked out next time. Is it in my budget? Absolutely not 😂 But the logic is hard to argue with.

Hiiii everyone!! 👋 I'm Raden from Singapore 🇸🇬
Excited to be here with y'all! I actually joined the trial last year but had to bounce for personal reasons. I'm 26, studied to be a Photoshop pixel pusher, then did some freelance copywriting, and then decided hey....I h8 chasing clients! Ronin spoke to me like the guardian angel that was always there. I always knew I'd be a businessman since I was small, watched movies seeing men in suits shaking hands discussing deals, "I'll only take 20 off the top", and mostly movies like Straight Outta Compton and Get On Up where I was exposed to record deals, and how the label managers get paid. I never knew what it meant. I thought royalties were small change. But it builds up slowly, and the fact that you can choose how much work you want to put in, reducing your own cut so you don't have to pushy no buttons, is REVOLUTIONARY in my eyes as someone who used to stay till 12am at the design studio for pennies. Bottom line, I'd rather be the manager than the musician. Thanks Travis for your hard work and generosity to provide us with gold, lots and lots of it! I'm excited to connect with y'all fellow Ronin 🥷

Plz do NOT read if you can’t face a hard ass truth… I can predict your future by your response! No apologies for not sugar coating this; If you don’t own shit you don’t get NO rent!! …If you only get paid for your time and energy to pass go? …You are cooked! Inflation will eat ya alive. Hard truths? Yes, my friend It is. I’m not here to please. I’m not here to sugar coat! I’m here to level Ronin up. You don’t need a huge bankroll to control Digital Land. You need acquisition skillz and Mojo! I can own digital land for $1 down! Then flip digital land for 1000% returns… Next… …own..Boardwalk….and… Rent it out forever for big $$$! Every time someone lands on your property you get RENT. …or Own nothing and PAY rent to the OWNER…only forever! Owner? Or Renter? Leverage what you own? Or… Sell your TIME, energy and life?? Life and money IS like the game of Monopoly. Do you want to OWN and collect rent? Or… Pay RENT? What say you? A. Own and collect! B. Pay rent forever! 👇 Rooting for Ya, Travis

The only 2 Ways to Get Paid
There comes a time in a man's life... ...and a woman's too... Where they decide whether to devote their life working on another man's gameboard... ...or invent, THEIR own the game, and play for themselves. If they are going to get paid to perform... ...or paid because they OWN something VALUABLE that other people want. These are the two ways to get paid: 👉To perform (in a game someone else owns) 👉For ownership Rob Walton owns the Denver Broncos. He's worth $138 Billion. Yet... Bill Romanowski Travis Henry Preston Parsons Rick Upchurch And Dale Carter ...are all Denver Broncos that went BANKRUPT! While... Since 1952... Not a single NFL franchise has gone bankrupt. There are 2 ways to get paid: 👉Get paid to perform 👉Get paid to OWN Now... There is nothing wrong with getting paid to perform in a game someone else owns. And "owning a business," if you're frankly getting paid to perform, isn't getting paid to own. I get paid to perform. I also get paid just because I OWN stuff: 👉Communities 👉Email lists 👉Intellectual Property 👉Ownership in income streams I created or helped to create 👉Shares that pay me dividends every month like CLOCKWORK! It was my ownership income that paid the bills when I took care of Jeannie after her brain injury. It's my ownership income that allows me to invent my own games and play by my own rules. I'm not performing for the algorithms owned by Google, Meta, YT, etc. I don't NEED partners. My non-neediness makes partnering way easier. I don't think there's anything wrong with making temporary money performing for others... ...but I'm not a dude to play and serve a master's rules I am bringing up the idea of Ownership Income for several reasons. One... I've had many convos with performers over the years...(quite a few recently) They always "like" the idea of Ownership Income. Yet... The safety and security of playing on a board someone else owns is like gravity. The gravity of Planet Safety tethers them securely to someone else's game.

How I got free access to a $30k/month flow
"Nobody ever asked." That's what she said when I asked if any restaurant had ever paid for referrals. 600 guests a month. Walking into a city they don't know. Hungry. Lost. Credit card ready. And the restaurant next door never thought to ask. I was just visiting family. My wife's aunt owns a 48-room hotel. She told me she wanted to grow the hotel, so I started asking questions. She told me guests would ask "where can I eat around here" every single day. That was my tell. I opened my laptop. Over the weekend, with beer and Claude, I built a local concierge page. She gives me credentials. I make it live. Deal I proposed: "I build it. I maintain it. You pay nothing. When partners start paying for placement - we split." She said yes before I finished. Here's why that structure works: I had zero leverage walking in. So I went in free. Delivered first. Now I negotiate from value proven, not value promised. She's not in the "room" business. She's in the "people distribution" business. I'm in the ACO business. One hotel = 2-3k/month, fully automated. My city alone has 58 more in the same category. You don't need to own the road. You need a toll position on a road that already has traffic. Nobody ever asked that restaurant. I just asked first. What's flowing right past you today that nobody's bothered to monetize? (If you do it too, I'm happy with a 10% cut :)
