WINsday!!
Let’s hear a win from this week so far! Clients; 1st Phorm app is glitching, we should have it resolved in the next few hours. Today I am shouting out @Nicole Fisette in our community!!! Nicole officially hit 30lbs down since October!! This doesn’t happen by accident or “hoping” for it! She has been executing on the game plan I run with each client!! Her losing 30lbs is amazing BUT seeing her confidence grow and become a leader within P&E is way cooler 🥰. We gave away a TON of sample packs yesterday 🤩 Let’s keep it rolling! If you missed it: buy a $10 1st Phorm gift card today and I’ll send you a sample pack with 10–15 different flavors to try 🎁 ⚠️ For first-time 1st Phorm customers only https://1stphorm.com/?a_aid=AshlynnDohman — — — Existing clients — refer TWO friends to this offer (or if they sign up for coaching and invest in themselves 💪) and you’ll receive a $10 1st Phorm gift card 🎁 🗓️ Offer ends March 31 🎉 YES — still counts toward the $50 gift card giveaway ✨ Exclusive to the P&E community Let’s help more people THRIVE ❤️

My win is showing my softball girls why fitness is important to stay active for a lifetime. Last night we were running at practice because it was so cold. I ran a lap with the girls and they were shocked at my speed 😂. For an older mom, I guess I’m faster than they expected. I heard one ask my daughter “how is your mom so fast”. She replied “she runs miles…for fun” 😂😂😂. Love showing preteen girls that fitness can be fun!!
Not more of the same
What did i get out of this challenge. It wasn't weight loss. I actually gained, am im okay with it. I gained confidence in myself and what I can accomplish. I added more fruits and veggies daily (huge win). I've learned to block the nay sayers(huge win). I've learned not to hate myself when things don't go as planned or I go off track ( huge win). I learned i can do what I thought was impossible example tge murph challenge or workout. (Big win) challenging myself and not being afraid to lose is one of my biggest win. Thank you Ashlynn for showing me I can do these things. I appreciate you and all that you do for us.

So glad you are back!!
WIN THE WEEK.
Success tomorrow starts today. Look ahead at your week and identify where obstacles may arise: extended time out of the house, social events, late nights, early mornings, visitors, busy schedules. Once you see them, plan for them. Time block. Pre-track. Set your water out. Put the book by your bed instead of the phone. Do the hard things early. Whether I’m in a challenge or not, this is the lifestyle I live. Is it perfect? No. But success rarely comes from perfection — it comes from intentional effort. For me, tonight looks like this: • Looking at what’s already in the house • Making sure fruit and veggies are ready for snacks • Taking ground beef, ground turkey, and steaks out of the freezer for the week • Setting up my protein coffee lifeline ☕(Phormula-1 Cafe Latte + collagen + unflavored Dermaval) • Identifying my bedtime early in the day • Filling my 40oz water bottle TONIGHT and putting it by my bed for tomorrow • Time-blocking my entire day When will I: • read and do my prayer / time in the Word • film Thrive30 workouts • run • do kids drop-offs/pickups • eat meals Yes — it takes effort. Everything you want to focus on in life requires effort. I also look ahead to the weekend already: David working, the boys have soccer, and I’m running a half marathon. All positive things — but still potential obstacles if I don’t plan ahead. Planning doesn’t make life rigid. It makes your priorities possible. Quick Reminders for the Week Today is the LAST DAY to receive the Birthday Bonus Gift 🎉 Spend $200+ and get: • a FREE SEEK SOLUTIONS tee • Vanilla + Chocolate Premade Phorm Protein drinks (not yet released!) Order here:https://1stphorm.com/?a_aid=AshlynnDohman Coaching / Challenge Clients • Assessments are due by Tuesday MONDAY (3/9)New Thrive30 workouts drop! So far to get ready for the week I’ve: Grocery shopped Pre-planned dinners and cooking extra today Finished the laundry Decided on bed/wake up time Kids made their lunches with healthy options Clothes out for tomorrow for school an sports Waters will be filled before bed The time change is my biggest obstacle. I’m going to have to set an alarm for a few days to get used to it. We also have our final week of basketball for both kids and first official week of baseball practice. Softball coaching time remains the same.
