@Dylan Caselotti and I just had an AMAAAAZING idea based on a problem that's he's currently having: Too much time on his phone (doom scrolling as he calls it) So... We came up with a 3-day challenge: Watch the video below and comment "I'M IN!" if you are (don't lie!) and the also post the craziest emojis you can find 🫀🦷🗯️💫❤️‍🔥🌈🚂☔🚆 Then on Monday after the challenge we debrief. There was a snowstorm in SK last weekend
And while it showed its strenght outside, we had funny time at pool last weekend. Posting results of my both daughters - Adel and @Eliška Mervová . Adel - for her age she is doing really great, we need to keep on working. Eliška swam her PB in both relay races 32,51free, 34,92 fly. We need new hanger for those medails :-)

👀🔥 Visualization Challenge Until X-Mas (who's in?? comment below👇)
Here's how the challenge works: You visualize one of your favorite events every night before going to sleep for 3-5mins (no longer). Why? (I give ya the summary, if you wanna watch the full training it's here) - You mentally rehearse your starts, pacing, technique, turns and finish. - You go thru the motions of the call room, walking out, stepping on the blocks so that when it happens in the 3D world, your mind knows what's coming next and will be very calm and focused (instead of worried or scared). - AND (this is the most transformational): When you touch the wall in your visualization and see the outcome that you work so hard towards, you will automatically be put into an emotional state of happiness, joy, excitement and passion. This makes you the best version of yourself when you wake up the next day and as a result of that, your final preparation will be better than otherwise. 📮 Then the FOLLOWING day you comment on this post that you've done it. The goal is that you do it (and let us know) EVERY.SINGLE.DAY (and yes, that means you have to login Skool 1x per day) ACTION STEP: Comment below "I'm In!!" and share when your last competition before X-Mas is. Then see you in the comments of this post tomorrow. Then the next day. Then the next. The next... you get the point ☺️ Let's do this as a team and hold each other accountable. Encourage others where you see fit. Share what works and what doesn't if you feel like it. SWIMPROS on 3!!!

Luana has fallen in love with unicorns 3 weeks ago. Maybe it comes and goes we'll find out. But ever since, I see unicorns everywhere!! Crazy! So if you've been wondering why I'm using these girly emojis (like this 🌈), rest assured I haven't gone mad... Just madly in love with my daughter. Second baby coming in February and we can't wait!! ❤️🙌😍🫶🦄

As you may know I'm currently doing some pretty cool research on how many race suits you guys are buying every year... I'm collecting the answers of 1000 swim parents and I'll share the results soon. There's also a bigger lesson behind it.. (you may suspect what that lesson is... let me know in the comments 👇) What's your favorite race suit brand? Vote below and comment WHY. I'm sure you tried different suits so there's a reason why you have a favorite and I wanna know what it is. Let's attack the weekend! My girls have several training suits - Arena, speedo, Turbo. Younger Adel prefers Arena.
