I’m from Jægerspris in Denmark, and I was diagnosed in october last year aged 56. I work as a Bodytherapist and have my own company. Before that, way back in the first decade of this millenium, I worked with communications and web-architecture. But I really didn’t function well with meetings and bosses who thought they knew more than me 😁 So now I have taken two bodytherapist educations and I’m all into the body-mind connection instead 😍 And you’re welcome to ask me questions about that! I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. I want to be proud of being ADHD 2. I want to stop procrastinating and avoiding 3. I want to know and use my best ADHD traits to the fullest 4. I want to feel like I have succeded in life For fun, I like to: 1. Do puzzles 2. Play with my dog 3. Icebath in a nearby fjord
