Found an SEO Skool group for sale
I went into a group I am part of and saw a post that said the group is for sale. Only about 560 people in the group, so not a huge group. It was pretty responsive when it was live. I've contacted the owner and he responded that he'd be willing to let go of the reigns for a fee but last thing I want is to pay for a completly dead group, that I can't monetize. Any suggestions on how to proceed on this? I'm not an SEO guy, so maybe I could team up on this with an SEO person? I think there's several ways we could monetize it, from SEO, paid ads and AI tools for SEO. Anyone interested in checking this out with me?

And they'll still have em tomorrow. 1 - They want to reach out to someone but don’t know what to say—so they freeze or send nothing. 2 - They have a solid offer, but people say “I’ll think about it” and don’t buy—and they don’t know why. 3 - They share content that sounds smart, but they don’t get DMs, replies, or real conversations. 4 - They do great work but don’t know how to package it into an offer that people say yes to fast. 5 - They deliver real results, but when someone asks what makes them different, their answer falls flat. 6 - They talk about what their audience wants—but it’s brushed off, overlooked, or ignored. 7 - People like their posts, maybe comment—but no one moves, and they don’t know how to change that. 8 - They offer something valuable—but it’s dismissed as generic or “just more of the same.” 9 - They get compared to people who aren’t even in the same league—and they’re tired of having to explain the difference. 10 - They give value, show up, share good ideas—but no one raises their hand or asks to work with them. 11 - They know their stuff—but when they try to talk about it, it loses clarity, energy, or edge. 12 - They have great testimonials, but no one seems to care. 13 - They're visible online—but it’s not turning into enough trust, traction and SALES. 14 - They have an offer that works—but even the right people keep ignoring it. 15 - They’re torn between a bunch of ideas and don’t know which one people would actually buy. 16 - They’re trying hard—but no one’s reaching out, and no one seems interested.

**OH SHIT!!!** You have a deal, but now what do you do? Back in the late 1900s (90’s)... I was obsessed. A certifiable softball fanatic. And I LOVED playing shortstop. But there was this problem. I SUCKED! Here’s what I mean… In my mind, shortstop is the glory position. All the great ball players were shortstops. Derek Jeter, right? And who the hell doesn’t want all the glory. I sure did! Here’s where this story gets super weird. I owned a small roof repair business at the time. Was doing super well for a single dude. But I had this friend who worked at a local restaurant (Chili’s). And they had a softball team. My friend asked if I could fill in at shortstop for a Wednesday night game. Their regular guy, Joey, was nursing a sprained ankle. Heck yeah! So I went and played ball with a bunch of Chili’s servers and bartenders. It was a BLAST! I played pretty good. (I was also a kick ass hitter). They were getting ready for a big Chili’s softball tournament. 34 restaurants competing for softball glory on one Saturday in May. Which could mean playing in like seven or eight games in one day. Sign me up!!! So what did I do? I went and got a job at Chili’s. Didn’t need it. But damn did I love playing softball. I kept filling in for Joey for a few more games. But remember what I said… I SUCKED at shortstop. My problem? I was terrified of the ball getting hit in my general direction. (borrowed that line from Moneyball). But seriously…TERRIFIED. Some dudes (and dudettes)... Could seriously rip the ball. Every time the ball was pitched I’d get this knot in my stomach. Like the ball was going to split me in two. I’d miss balls that any normal person would easily catch. But then Joey came back. THANK GOD! He’s like…”Tom, why don’t you go play left field. Just don’t forget to hit the cutoff.” Fancy softball speak for…throw the ball to the shortstop when I retrieve it from left field. Youuuuu got it! So next game…the ball gets hit to left field.
